I saw this in the theater. I loved it. Very exciting. Roger was right about the amazing stunts.

Just watched this for the first time yesterday on Amazon---actually not as bad as I thought it would be, and Ebert is definitely on target about Vicki Frederick & Laurene Landon being very convincing as wrestlers. Would have to agree with Gene's assessment about them struggling to find work---back then most women wrestlers were not that attractive, and these two would have been in Madison Square Garden pretty quickly

The last movie directed by Robert Aldrich. (I heard that it's better than it sounds...)

It's funny, isn't it. The movie is old, so it's good. However, when they were reviewing it, it wasn't old then, so they didn't know it was good! So they can be forgiven.

That makes no sense. They saw the movie, so they should have known it was great.
