Fake Peppino/ "Pseudough" kind of reminds me of Bizarro (i.e., "Fake Superman"/ Tnek Kralc) with his backwards-speaking, malaprops and mondegreens (misuse and mispronunciation of words and idioms), uncanny, off-putting appearance and incomprehensible mannerisms and abilities (taking his own head off to throw it at you, melt into the floor or warp his limbs into natural weapons, splitting himself into parthenogenetic clones as some lizards and slime molds do, etc.) that makes him seem insane... until you realize that he was _never_ human in the first place, was never raised as a human, taught about the outside world beyond knowing he was based off a guy named 'Peppino Spaghetti' and that his job is to make pizzas (while not being told _how_ one makes a pizza, or what would be considered delicious and appetizing to normal customers). And though the current iteration of Bizarro came into existence when Joker gained Mr. Mxyzptlek's reality-warping abilities, turning the Earth into a cube and making everything, from civil laws to the laws of physics, topsy-turvy, the "original" Bizzaro was made under similar circumstances to Fake Peppino (mad science experiment to replicate Superman, but done improperly, creating a weird and unconvincing fake)
