Speakers is a plugin effect designed to emulate a wide range of loudspeakers and microphones using our state-of-the-art convolution engine.
Shape any sound like it's being played by an old telephone, radio, or classic cabinet or shape it like it's being recorded by a vintage ribbon microphone or even a tov recorder.
Speakers features a freely configurable effects chain, comprising compression, distortion, and filtering, as well as an array of looping background noises for setting the sound in a variety of environments. Available as AUv3 and Standalone.
    The video covers the following:
Introduction to the User Interface and controls
    How to bypass the app
    How to select presets
How to save, delete and randomise presets
How to change the global parameters
How to lock and unlock parameters
How to change the type of microphone and speaker
How to disable and enable microphone and speaker
How to change the pitch, balance, echo, feedback, mix, output and phase for both microphone and speaker
How to change the type of distortion or degradation effect applied
How to use the compressor and adjust its envelope and amount applied
How to apply a filter changing its cutoff frequency and resonance
How to apply a background noise changing the type, pitch, balance, level and envelope
How to change the routing order of each effect including microphone and speaker selected
How to use a soft clip
How to change the dry and wet signals
How to use the equalisers for both microphone and speaker
    Etc.
I hope you enjoy the tutorial and find it useful.

If you’re not finding what you’re looking for in this app, you never will. Everything you need to making you sounding bad is at your fingertips 😋 I remember in the 80’s and early 90’s (revealing my age here) we struggled and strived to make our sound as impeccable as possible. And now this 😄 I guess this is progress.

This looks to me like the most comprehensive app regarding speaker simulations. I mean what more can you ask for? Sure, you can do some of that stuff with the combination of different apps, but the simplicity of how quickly you can set everything up is super convenient. I suppose the parameters are exposed for automation and modulation, right?
