I just did not put in the top brackets since I did not have access to bolts that would work when I installed. I will pull it off and correct at some point, but it lasted an entire hunting season without them and no issues.
The front seat does not get hot in the xl. However the back seat does. The front seat area on the regular cab is a totally different story. Good job y’all.
I have those windscreens. the flip up is a necessity in summer. Unfortunately, the front bracket coatings are bubbling off and I have to replace some more nuts and bolts with SS. A necessary solution to eliminate annoying rear winscreen rattle is to apply thin adhesive foam padding stips to the back of the headrest and support piping. However, as I bought my 1000 used with these windscreens already installed, I noticed there are no brackets between the frame and the rear windscreen (as you had installed here), so that rattle may just be an issue on my machine.
Looking at this for my XL 1000. Do you still like the flip up? Looking at this one and the electric flip up one. Will the 1000 fit the XL? The company tells me it will not.
Nothing left to do to it. It has everything possible done to it. High clearance arms front and rear. Widened to 66 inches wide. 28 inch tires. Best clutch kit around lol. ECU tune. Full custom intake manifold. modified throttle body. Custom cage. Exhaust. Stereo. Steering wheel. Shifter. Some engine work. Rock sliders. I can’t possibly think of anything else to do lol. It’s time to sit back and enjoy it now. It’s still dirty because I ride it all winter long on the nasty roads muddy trails. No point in washing it so it’s packed with ice.
It is what it is, I'll still watch your video's and not nick pick and I don't even own a cf Moto. Keep going buddy.
Thank you sir. I appreciate that allot. Glad you can enjoy them for sure.

Drilled out the top brackets on the rear and then the stock bolts worked fine.
Did that today myself. Still too short.

All you had to do is soak the seal in hot water for a bit, goes on alot easier
It would freeze lol.
I like super ATV but the directions dor the windshield was horrible. I bought the 950 door inserts and it didn't have any directions.
I can relate to that.
Gave up on your 800? It is still filthy.
