Beta means that the game is now being tested before official release. HD Remaster means that a company reworked the graphics of original game from 2001 to look more up to contemporary standards. Apart from that, the gameplay is pretty much the same. Personally, I like the unofficial Destination Paris mod more, because it gives you modified maps and scenarios, although some of them are very challenging.

Got access to the beta. And honestly it seems they have done the bare minimum.
How come? I would be just happy with upscaled graphics. :) The game is a masterpiece as it is.
I also hope they add custom maps edit: timer is for how long u do it
