Can you provide the size and type of the drill bit used with the hand held drill at 2:28 minutes? It is being used to create a slightly wider recess to hold the rim of the anchor so that the anchor is flush with the cement surface. I am losing my mind trying to find it since I can't find it in any local hardware stores or on amazon. Appreciate it.

What kind of drill are you using to drill into the concrete ?
Concrete drill bit. Go to hardware store and ask them which you should buy.
I did not receive anchor collars with my purchase.

What happens if one of the anchor pull out of the cement, how do you secure it back?
it should never pop out. Perhaps you could set it back in place, and smack it back down with the peg
