I hope that gives the audience more connection to these airplanes. One may find out that he/she actually flew to some of the destinations and had great memories.
@@fuhkangliao1 Haha I know it's a bit late but I visited SFO again in August 2019, but the airport felt so different. Didn't feel like the same airport I used to fly in and out of all the time as a kid. Even the Bay area felt different for some reason, not sure why.
Seeing the Queens is awesome (especially a close up of the Korean 747-8)🤗, & what about that awesome close up of the WOW A330, such a incredible livery 👏
Dear Liao, ever since I viewed your videos, their the BEST quality iv ever seen! Real good picture, detail and locations! I'll be watching more, so keep up the good videos!
Thank you so much for the comment! A new video at the best location for plane spotting at SFO is just uploaded: ruclips.net/video/hvvPHHvPXCQ/видео.html I will see you there!
My mom and I can always stand outside the Marriott airport hotel in the rain with our umbrellas and watch some airplanes take off and land when we take our trip to San Francisco.
The Marriott is a great spot! There is a patio bar facing toward the runways. This video was taken at Bayfront park, about 5 min walk from the Marriott.
Thank-you for publishing this great video and keeping us hungry plane-spotters fed! Having done some video photography and editing, I am able to appreciate all the work you did to make this video. The banner with the airline, aircraft type, and its “to” and “from” airport code is a really nice touch. Again, a huge thank-you, sir! By the way, it is great to be on the ground floor of all your sub's.
Thank you for your support! I am more than happy to share footage with fellow plane spotters, just like I enjoyed many videos from them. I will keep that description feature in my future video.
I’m SF a cab driver when I go Marriot airports wit customer I stay for a couple min to watch the airplane take off & land it’s beautiful view love it....
What a great 👍 video... I knew that SFO was a busy airport but it seems on this foggy day it seems extra so. Maybe because all the planes were confined to one runway. The first 747 China Airlines looked so graceful landing - beautiful! Also liked the 747 Korean Airlines...lets put it this way I like ALL 747’s, they are truly the Queen of the sky. Thanks for sharing this video.
Amazing footage! The clarity, stability, and variety of airlines shown make this my favorite SFO video of all time! Were the first and second half of the video shot on the same day? There was a huge contrast in visibility.
Thank you! I will share more videos in the future. The video was shot on the same day. The weather was very unstable, switching between blue sky and heavy rain. I just posted a video about SJC by the way, you could check it out.
Asiana man, they have a pretty fast turnaround time. I remember flying back to SFO from RKSI this past summer and the inbound plane was only at the gate for 45 minutes and then it was our flight for the return leg again. Nice video, did you take any pics and if you did what iso, aperture setting did you use?
Wow 45 min turnaround is impressive, I can only imagine that happens to a domestic flight. I just had a trip with Asiana a couple month ago and posted some footage to my channel btw. Regarding photo settings, I would say keep ISO to minimum. But for f number (aperture), there is an optimal value for best image quality, different from lens to lens. It also depends on the scenario you are shooting. For example you will need different setting for sunny day spotting than for evening shots.
Nevertheless, LAX does have really good traffic and you should come down for spotting there but I've never seen a A350 before and a lot of the A350's are currently coming to San Francisco and not LA. You also don't see a lot of 747's at LAX. It's really open to discussion!
God DAM @ 11:00 !!! Those 777 are a beast!! They have got to be the most miss leading aircraft i have ever seen. From a distance they look so average. LOL. Its almost as if they took one of those Saturn Rockets and strapped some wings on them. Just brute power.
Love the video, but have one nit.. Could you possibly show the destination in english vs just the three-letter id? Some of them are obvious, but many are WTF??
Thanks, I will check KAL current schedule. I so want to fly on the 747-8i. The KAL livery looks great on this plane. Not sure if Lufthansa is flying to SFO with 747-8i.
Cathay Pacific recently changed to a new livery, what do you think about that one? Image from the official website: www.cathaypacific.com/content/dam/cx/digital-library/hk/press-release/2016/20161223/CX%20777-300ER%20IMG%201.jpg
That Korean Air 747 is stunning
I totally agree with you Will!
They have a cargo 747 that goes out every day at 3am.
At San Francisco? Was it captain Ho Li Fuk?
Jeff S nobody has a name called holy fuck
24:35 shining 747
Always nice to see a United 747.
I Love How They Give The Information About The Planes and where they're going or coming from.
I hope that gives the audience more connection to these airplanes. One may find out that he/she actually flew to some of the destinations and had great memories.
Miss seeing all those planes taking off from Charlotte NC airport while I worked for PIEDMONT & US AIRWAYS from Jan. 1987 -2005
❤God bless you
So many epic captures of special jets!
this was my home airport 'til I moved outta California. love SFO descent view. great airport, busy but not too crowded.
It's a great airport, just as you said. Come back often!

You do something to your videos that make them extraordinary - you put captions. I really appreciate it!
Thank you! We like extra information
Yeah, it's great. CaseyPlanespotting does it as well. His spots are in Europe, mainly England.
The engine sounds from those Triple-7's is so awesome!
oh yes, GE90s!

Thank you. I am glad you like it!

The rain and weather are awsome
Yes that was awesome. Prepare an umbrella and enjoy the show!
Wowsome Video.
Wow beautiful landing by the Air China
A beautiful 747-8!
Think the KLM 787 was better. Not a bump or shake
Wow what a great airline name especially for the A330
Totally! That's a easy-to-remember name.
Derpy Faces
superb video
How could anyone dislike this video because i found it Great!
Thank you very much David! I am glad you like it
Awesome panning shots! I have been considering a trip to SFO, and bayfront park is on the top of the To-do list.
Thank you. Definitely go to bayfront park to spot some nice jets. If you have time, also consider top floor of garage G, AirTrain station T2 and Bart.
Liao Fukang I will check it out! I am pretty excited.

Beautiful. Great spotting spot :-)
Thank you Josef! It's the Bayfront Park in Milbrae

not crazy about SFO but I love the weather and coming in over the water
The weather in SF can be dramatic at spring
4:30 little click😊
So jealous! Why does SFO get all the good traffic and not LAX! Amazing catches!
Thank you Landon! I thought LAX has greater traffic and I really want to have a spotting trip over there.
Nevertheless, LAX does have really good traffic and you should come down for spotting there but I've never seen a A350 before and a lot of the A350's are currently coming to San Francisco and not LA. You also don't see a lot of 747's at LAX. It's really open to discussion!
That is true. It seems like there are more A350s to SFO, while LAX has more A380s. Both airports have great traffic!
Amazing video! Thanks for sharing! Channel subscribing!
Thank you! I am glad you like it.
17:48 Air France is much bigger than I thought it would be.
Yes, it's a 777-300ER which is longer than an A380.
Great video mate ! Nice channel ! 5ubscribed
Oh look there is a 737 & a 777 23:00
Good size comparison
3:01 looks like that 320-200 gonna hi that fence
Ha ha that looks really close
Also how do you know the info of where the airplane is going
Amazing footage. I live in the Bay Area so I'm on my way to check this spot out now lol. Were there any issues finding parking near this spot?
sWagonRX Usually parking is not an issue. There is a parking lot. You will like Bayfront park, have fun!
NICE
Thank you!
hey liao thanks for the video. Where at SFO are you film8ng this? I live in SJ and want to plane spot. Thanks
Hi Daniel, try Bayfront Park in Millbrae, SFO garage A and AirTrain station at garage 2
Thanks Liao. I love plane spotting. I always arrive at the airport early to plane spot when I travel.
Sometimes the best spot is in the terminal!
19:53 Korean Air 747-8i Taxing
24:36 Korean Air 747-8i Take Off
I think that the Korean Air B-747 was KLM. Bacause have the same color.
Interesting, they look similar in some way
I was just there a couple of days ago going back to JFK
what kind of camera do you use
It was Sony AX-53 camcorder with tripod
God DAM @ 11:00 !!! Those 777 are a beast!! They have got to be the most miss leading aircraft i have ever seen. From a distance they look so average. LOL. Its almost as if they took one of those Saturn Rockets and strapped some wings on them. Just brute power.
Ha ha I like the way you describe 777. It's definitely powerful. My most recent experience with 777 is on EVA air, between San Francisco and Taipei.
Why Air India is not there?
Air India is there, it just departs earlier than I usually arrive.
Love the video, but have one nit.. Could you possibly show the destination in english vs just the three-letter id? Some of them are obvious, but many are WTF??
Thank you, that's a very good suggestion. I will add the name of destinations to future videos.
Did Korean Air switch to 777 for SFO to Inchon?
I think they did change to 777 for SFO, I haven't seen a Korean 747 for a while.
Thanks, I will check KAL current schedule. I so want to fly on the 747-8i. The KAL livery looks great on this plane. Not sure if Lufthansa is flying to SFO with 747-8i.
Air China so old school still using the ancient dinosaur 747
AirFrance would be a Boeing 777-X, more like Lufthansa because those airlines are the hugest objects in the world, if you go to Germany!!!
I can't wait to see a 777-x. Germany is a country that I really want to revisit!
Belas filmagens
obrigado
quero ver mais seus vídeo um abraço
Vou postar mais vídeos
"Going to Iceland?"
No.
Haha. Hopefully one day
I thought United retired it's 747s
Yes, United just did. This video was captured in early 2017, when United still flew 747.
Anyone else noticed the Qatar amiri 747 ?
Hi, I didn't notice that, where is it?
next to the runway near the hangar for example at 4:55
Cool! I didn't know that's a Qatar amiri. Thanks for pointing out!
np :P
Well donr
Is it just me, or does Cathay Pacific have the most bland paint scheme on their fleet?
Cathay Pacific recently changed to a new livery, what do you think about that one?
