      I understand that you are receiving error related to toner on your printer.
      I will do my best to assist you.
      There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
      Check Supplies: Ensure that all the supplies (toner cartridges, drums, etc.) are properly installed in the printer and are genuine HP supplies. Sometimes, third-party or counterfeit supplies can cause communication issues.
      Reinstall Supplies: Try removing and reinserting the supplies back into the printer. Make sure they are securely seated in their respective slots.
      Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve communication issues.
      Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating the firmware can sometimes fix bugs and improve communication with supplies.
      Clean Contacts: Ensure that the contacts on both the supplies and the printer are clean and free from any dirt or debris. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the contacts.
      Replace Supplies: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to replace the supplies that are causing the communication problem. If you have spare supplies available, try replacing them one at a time to identify the problematic one.
