Allergy for my whole life. What I do to help my situation alot. TIPS: - Put cold water on palm of your hand in a sink, sniff the cold water into both nostrils but not all the way inside nostril and blow it back out. - Use lotion VICK tissue from Walmart to blow your nose. - Put VICKS on a Q-tip and put it inside your nostrils. Squeeze your nose and vicks will fill inside your nostril walls. -Wash eyes and face with cold water if ichy. Hope it helps.
Make sure you use distilled water up your nose (preferably a saline solution). You don’t want to make your situation worse by snorting tap water that contains chemicals.

This actually helped a lot. While a lot of this is common knowledge, I never expected that wearing glasses or sunglasses would work. I talked to my optometrist about switching from my usual contacts to a pair of glasses and my seasonal allergies have seen a decrease, especially in my eyes

basically advice is dont move around outside , dont breathe, take meds - antihistamines and allergy shots. while its some practical advice, wtf kind of living is this really ? best solution, is to get out of the environment that made you sick and is making you continually sick, in the first place. move out of state if need be, to a place thats more suitable to your body type , so that you can live a peaceful normal life.

COMMON SENSE IS A PLUS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS.
