I'm not sure about this raw meringue, as it probably tastes eggy especially with the lemon curd. Far better to make a Swiss or Italian meringue buttercream.
Gross. Raw eggs on lemon sh*t on a cupcake with dried bits in. By the time you've bought those weird strawberry bits and the lemon curd, and wasted 2 eggs yolks, you may as well have just bought some cakes.

The red ingredient is freeze-dried strawberries,so the strawberries were cut into small pieces and then freeze dried

I used italian meringue but not butter cream. Just whipped egg whites, a bit of lemon for acid and 240° sugar syrup

But the meringue is raw. It would have been better with Swiss meringue.
