The egg shell looks like that because of the calcium in the chicken! They're still good to eat and nothing wrong with them but sometimes the shells are a bit thinner

Hi there! About the Italian words and pronunciation - I found another word with two Cs : Bistecca (Italian steak dish) and it’s just a double k type sound. The “ch” sounds only happen if it’s “ce” or “ci” such as “fettuccini.” Lovin your longer cozy videos and your cats 😊

my fave cosy magazine is called “simple things”. its a UK magazine but it does really cute articles like a page about different wild animals, a poem for the month, facts about plants that are in season, some puzzles, people writing about doing weird hobbies like roller derby or ice skating on the frozen fens or their prized possessions like their grandad’s jumper collection. its adorable! pretty sure you can still get it outside the uk as a digital edition but i think you would really love it 😊

Yes! Eggs are fine out of the fridge.. over here they are kept out of the fridge in stores as well. So it should be totally fine.
In the US eggs are washed & processed in a way that removes the cuticle (protective outer layer) which is what keeps bacteria from growing. So anyone that gets eggs in the US needs to keep them refrigerated - anything more than 2 hours at room temp can be unsafe to eat due to bacteria. Weird fun fact that I learned recently!
