Damn, love the design and some features of the rennen pro. 100% what im looking for since month and pretty unique. would definitely spend 250 or 270$ for it but never 450.
I want to love it so bad. Boundary Supply holds such a special place in my heart, but $450 is a LOT for a backpack. I hear ya, the quality is impeccable. But as another viewer said, it looks like an adventure bag but can't hold anything bulky enough for adventure. This looks like it could have made an awesome photography bag but I doubt it could hold a camera insert well. For a "business bag", I think they could have really leaned more into hypalon or something resembling a technical leather material to make it look more business-y and hopefully more affordable. The original rennen was their most simple bag, so why is this one their most complicated? I just don't get it.
Love the numerous humorous insertions in this vid. The Rennen Pro is a beautiful looking pack, along with the fabric choices, look, quality and style. However, I think overall the bag is a case of what a great product could have been but was instead over-engineered. The pack's strengths seems to center around the laptop compartment which I think is well-designed with its pocket configurations, but other than that, the main compartment seems like an afterthought and is both bland and appears to have limited volume capacity, and the large and deep admin pocket seems strange with its odd dimensions. Great looking pack as you mentioned with the premium materials and excellent back panel (design, air channels, etc.) and two stash pockets, but the unusual organization is definitely a deal breaker for me.
I'm not sure I've ever been less interested in a boundary supply bag. It's marketed as a "pro" bag for business and I'd be embarrassed to take this to work. It looks like a cheap packable bag on the outside because of the crinkle look of xpac. And black on black interior is horrible. Impossible to see inside the bag. This is a miss at nearly every price point, but at the price, complete whiff.
How are you not sponsored by Ruffles? Can Dongle Rodney be a special guest? Will your name your future book Ridges and Responsibilities? (Great video, once again.)
Totally black interiors? Doesn't matter how clever the interior compartments are - if I can't see/find my stuff inside, it makes for an annoying and stressful experience.
Someone needs to tell the big boss at Boundary Supply that their gear isn't good enough to be priced so high. They want so badly to be compared with the other big boys, but no one is buying it. These guys are out to lunch when it comes evaluating their own gear. No wonder they send so many free products to Chase for him to butter them up.
"Business Papers" is so ridiculous and I love it
My wife told me I would have to live in it if I spent that much on a bag. lol. Awesome review though. You made me want it.
The suspense built up to the Business Papers moment was well done.
Two business papers in one video? It really is the most wonderful time of the year…🎄
Okay... just... the first business papers reference was disappointing, but the later one... sir, you know your audience! Brilliant!

Also we all here for the 7.00 marker ;)
You have got to do a video on your favorite travel backpacks ranked
TIL a new term, "Dongle Rodneys", stealing that!

Ordered both. Did it come with the magnetic attachment to link them up?
Yea 👍

Errant pro is my favorite bag ever… now I want the Rennen pro. Damn you’re good
Dongle Rodneys 😂☠️😂
It hold a meat stick ??!! I’m sold I want it (that made me laugh real bad, thanks 😂)
I may have laughed a little too hard at the sound you made describing the very ridged plastic divider on the inside
17:19 LMAO
Love BS, not this one. Here for the paper. Totally get the Goruck joke!
bad thing of this bag is all black on the inside with high price 😞

If it was non-xpac fabric and was about $200 cheaper it would be ok. But $450 for this is ridiculous. And xpac....
Big big miss for me ! (Judging based on price) Seems like boundary supply really milking their clout on this one
Absolutely Elon should use one, it will up his game!

Biggest complaint about Boundary is they still produce and ship from China so it takes a month to get a bag.
