We spent 6 summers at this hotel. I recommend (with child from 3 to 9 years old - our daughter's age).
A bus to go to the beautiful "Palmanova" beach. There is also a bus to go into the center of town. It is located 50 meters from the hotel. Good entertainment in the evening and for children during the day.
There is no toboggan but you can spend a day in the "Western Water Park". Excursions are possible and we have done them. The village is a 7-8 min walk away. There is also a nice beach and small shops. It is a beautiful place to spend a serene vacation.
