- Tube worm
Tube worms are a variety of marine worms that live in tubes. Most of them belong to one of two large groups, which are called sabellids and *serpulids*, and some specimens from each of these groups can be found regularly in aquarium shops.
The sabellid worms form a tube made of a tough but flexible material, which is sometimes coated with a layer of detritus, mud, sand, and/or small shell fragments, while the serpulids build rock-hard tubes made of calcium carbonate.
All of these worms also have specialized structures called crowns, which are extended from the tubes to collect food particles and for gas exchange.

I also have a questuon: How did you raise the money for your first tank while in college? That is one issue I am currently facing in setting my my own tank in my hostel .

I have my own filter, substrate and aerator, but I would be requiring a new tank (somewhere between five and 10 gallons, say: On second thoughts, it might be possible to arrange for a tub, but I'm not sure if I can find one large enough... I'll look into it), fish, plants, test kit, heater and some kind of chiller/ fan becuase I live in a place with extremely hot summers..
On second thoughts it might actually be possible to make a tank with less expenses, but I ve never done this before.
