Low tide at Black Rock, Brighton - Monochrome Vlog

Sometimes we get a lower than normal low tide that reveals the sand and rocks beyond the shingle of the beach in Brighton. We can choose to gloss over the fact that the moon is pulling all that water around, which is mad when you think about it, and just enjoy a different experience of a place. This is why I like living next to the sea: it always changes.
Also I just finished watching Ripley on Netflix and was very affected by the amazing black and white cinematography. It fed a part of me that was undernourished. I was playing around with the filters in YouCut and found this nice black and white one that I thought suited the footage well. It really reveals the textures and contrasts in the scene and does nice things to the contrasts.
The music is new, too. I recorded it the other evening using a three layers of guitar and my custom MIDI drum repeater.
