jinsong: I think you can check in 4 hours before your flight (ie. 9 pm). You can go the lounge until 10:45 pm. Once lounge closes you can move downstairs to the Maple Leaf, which I believe closes at midnight. Good luck! Please like, subscribe and keep watching. Cheers!
LizaJane: thank you for viewing my video and your comment. Respectfully, I don't think you are correct. On their website is says "Only Aeroplan flight rewards booked as a Business Class Flexible Reward or a First Class Flexible Reward in J, C, D, Z, P, I booking classes are eligible for access...... eUpgrades, Last-Minute Upgrades, and AC Bid Upgrades, Aeroplan flight rewards booked as a Business Class Lowest Reward or a First Class Lowest Reward are not eligible. I have got access to lounge with reward tickets but normally it is J. So it must be an actual business class booking not an eupgrade or bid upgrade. Hope this helps. Cheers!
@@joyjoy534 for signature suite, you must have buy or redeem with Aeroplan points a business class ticket. So if you get upgraded or purchase or redeem Economy or Premium Economy and use Eupgrades to get a Business Class ticket, you do not get entry into the Signature lounge (then you would go to the regular Maple Leaf lounge). Hope this helps clarify things. Please like, subscribe and keep watching. Cheers!
Lars: really great add on for a business class service. I think for most airlines, you would need first class to get this type of sit down service. Please like, subscribe and keep watching. Cheers!
So I will fly AC21 to HK at 1am, and I found the lounge will close at 10:45 pm, can I go to the lounge earlier in the day?

@@trophytravel Yes Thank you for correction! I had a Latitude reward and eupgraded to Biz. Nice to know!!
@@lizajane1878 thank you also for bringing this up. I now realize why I didn't get access for some other flights I had. Cheers!
@@trophytravel Is quite confusing on the lounge eligibility which explains the % of travelers getting deny entry.
