Do these skillets come with fitted lids? Are the lids “clad” or single ply? If they come with a clad fitted lid they are way more useful and versatile for using as a little Braiser or for baking/roasting in-the oven. Lids are important to me, my skillets need thermal mass lids for the things I do. This is a lot of money for a skillet.
