@26:59 early 90’s Skate Betties had the best look/style/vibe. It was before they devolved into only wearing hoodies and baggy jeans all the time. I’m talking about summer dresses, thigh/knee high stockings, Mary Janes or Docs, and a medical bag/nurse purse. They even had that clothing line through Foundation called Poot that was aimed squarely at that demographic. The look has reappeared sporadically, but it really needs to make a comeback. And no, this has nothing to do with women who actually ride skateboards. I think I might be biased and nostalgic for that “look” because I came of age during that era (I was 15 in 1993). 🤷🏻
Hey, I've been trying to find out the name of this song forever. I know it's Tommy Guerrero, but do you know the name of it, or where I can find it? Thanks in advance!
Want to hear something crazy? I found out, as you know, it's a song by Tommy Guerrero. I hit him up yesterday via DM on Instagram and he got back to me. He told me he doesn't remember the name of it, and he said literally the only existence of that song is in this video. Maybe someone somewhere has a recording, but he has no idea how to find out hahahah. I was so bummed to find that out, but stoked that he actually got back to me. It's a freaking groovy song.

What are your favourite openers of all time? Mine oddly enough might just be bob burnquists fakie 5-0 fakie flip on that big vert to rail back in 2000. Always stood out as one of the most fucked tricks I've ever seen.
Good one man his switch flip no grab like 5 feet is loco! Don't skate very but have dropped in, reverse pump. I can imagine how crazy that would feel and the hang up factor. Burnquist is my favorite vert dude by far
Does anyone know what the song at 28:48 is? The one that starts with "Everybody Put Your Hands Together." I'm finished making a full soundtrack for this entire video, but that one song is the only one that I can't figure out. Thanks in advance!
Only vid we had of 411 ( they weren't free) and we smashed it every nite b4 skating til dawn... oh to be that care free again, the small wheel era was bit dodgy but🤣
You looking for a specific song? It took me a long time, but I found them all haha. This is one of my absolute favorite videos from back in the day. I'm happy to let you know if you want to let me know which sections, or tell me the time stamps in the video.
This is the first 411 I bought new on VHS! It changed my world at the time.
Mine was Best Of 5... Cant wait for them to post it up 🙂
