Pit bull case - owner of pit bull needs to take full responsibility of the vicious dog. Not paying her rent, harassing a woman with a serve dog clearly say a lot of who she really is. I hope the plaintiff wins in civil court as well.
Pitbulls are not vicious dolls like how they are painted to be. If you do your research on pitbulls they were actually bred to be family dogs. Although and they are protectors they are not vicious dogs the owners can train them to be vicious but they are not vicious dogs that are actually some of the most lovable dogs that a person can have. I just hate that like pit bulls get this bad rep because they are not vicious dogs. Of course if you train a dog to be mean a dog is going to be me and that goes for any dog. There are other dogs out there that are more vicious than these dogs but these dogs get the bad rep I just think it's unfair

@@melissachatwin9673I'm in the UK but have become familiar with your service dog rules and emotional support animals and that dog is an emotional support dog. It was way too interested in other people she had to hold the leash so tightly to keep the dog close to her, service dogs don't behave like that as they are focused on the person. People need to tell the truth and the people with emotional support dogs always try to say they are service dogs so they can have the same rights.
I also am standing up for the Pit Bull and I’m saying the Poodle is a more problematic and aggressive breed naturally. So yeah I think it was her dogs fault.

First case`What is people's obsession with having others parking in front of their house? Unless they're blocking your driveway, why would you care?
Cause people are lazy and always want to park the closest and walk the least.
My friend had a woman knock on her door at one place she lived to ask her to move her car because it was outside her house. So she has to say to the woman well I would have parked outside my house but your daughter has parked there! So nobody can park outside her house but her family can park anywhere, talk about entitled. So my friend refused to move her car. People act like they own the road.
1st case: We had a neighbor that banged on our door before 8am after having been moving in until the wee hours telling us that he put the fence that was between our homes 2 inches in on his property so it was his and to move the bikes we had leaned against it. That was our introduction. But yet he had to come on our side to treat his fence while spraying stain all over my roses killing them. For 3 years it was a battle no matter how hard his wife & I tried. He was just an old, nasty, mean jerk. In fall he’d blow the leaves from his yard to ours & my husband would then blow them back. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Who moved? Them or your family?

We had "The blower wars" too. 1) In the summer he mowed further and further over on our property until he was over 3-4 feet....2) His 3 pitbulls would charge the fence any time someone went in our back yard. My grandson was terrified ( he's in his teens).When I asked him to please be aware, we were not able to use our lawn. 😨 I had dog pooh show up on my welcome mat the next day...3) He decided to "burn" green grass clippings mixed with 3 dogs pooh. It would smolder for days. I had to keep our windows closed in the summer. Its a double wammy, as my husband has COPD

In this is exactly why I’m building my fence within my property slightly so my neighbor cannot connect to my fence.
They are so eager to say what they want that the words "RHETORICAL" means nothing to them.

Why fight with your neighbors? Hell, my nextdoor neighbors are trump supporters but I can put that aside because who needs drama like this? They look after my house when I'm gone, I look after theirs. We need peace in life

This is so nice to hear. I wouldn’t vote for Trump for any reason ever. But I can get along just fine with Trump supporters if they are neighbors, family, or loved ones of family. We just avoid politics, as much as is necessary. We are grown ups.
FYI… all my neighbors, including me are Trump supporters, except 2. In a secluded subdivision of about 125-130 homes?Everyone gets along. Politics aside, we are Americans … period.
We yell out, wave, honk, sing, dance along. The kids play in the street, ride their bikes. It’s about peace for everyone. Life is hard enough, keep peace in your own neighborhood.

I don't like the plaintiff in the second case. She seems like the type who enjoys suing her neighbors along with anyone else that comes in a five mile radius of her.
Therapy dogs aren't service dogs, and that dog doesn't behave like a service dog should.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who picked that up. People like her make it hard for people with actual service animals.

3rd case-why did “Dude Dad” come to court with his “bro”? Wife working after he loses his job? Hasn’t gotten a new job, so stays home with kids? It’s all his view on this without in-person input from wife? I know this “guy” (not specifically. I know a guy just like him. 🤨) No effort-all control. He’s just a whiny man-child bum.

Unfortunately, some neighbors can't be reasoned with and just want to live in a world of hatred.
Had that one neighbor not videoed her neighbors dog, she would not have had evidence of her breaking the order.
But when was the video taken? Before or after that attack? She already knows the dog will go through a window so why would you video at one if your so afraid it kept your housebound.

Yes, I just had to give up a mobile home that I had just purchased 6 months ago exactly. For this very reason, a problem with a neighbor that was gonna escalate and I had to leave wound up losing money and everything wound up having to move away. The person next door who was there many years was not accepting me the new person it was nice to see them become friends at court being friends can only make things better at home❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉🎉🎉

So that last case was something. I feel like the defendant saying they don't do petty is how him and his wifey really feels about oweing that money. The way his wife tells the plaintiff to just put it on the tab,so nonchalant like it don't matter. The defendant wifey may sound like she wants to keep her friendship but she don't act like it. A lot of words and no action. And home dude defendant really do need to do more. If u ain't working u should have more than enough time to watch ur kids and do more around the house so ur wifey can chill from a long day of work. Lazy bum ass

Keep your GD dogs on a leash! I was bitten by an American XL Bully four days ago. The very next day I was walking my little Feist Hound (leashed) and an unleashed dog came at her snarling and biting. Yesterday two unleashed dogs attacked my daughter walking her leashed dog which ended up at the vet with two serious bites. Keep them under control! Once attacked by a dog you do get

With the neighbor situation some people, not saying these litigants, just hate other people. At my childhood home there is an old woman who moved in after we did and from day 1 she didn’t want anything to do with anyone else. Our neighbor across the street went to introduce himself and she told him if he came back and knocked on her door she’d call the cops. Fights with my dad and the house on the other side too. A couple years ago her son beat her up so badly and left her for dead essentially. When family members couldn’t reach her after like 2-3 days they called a wellness check and found her, she’s till there son still on the run. Police tried asking the neighbors about violence in the house or what they had seen and all the neighbors had nothing useful to add, we don’t even know what her name is. 🤷🏻♀️ her welcome mat literally says “go away” when the police had to force entry.
That is such a sad existence. If you are that miserable, find a place out in the bush and don't come back!

One commenters point about neighbors not taking the time to go introduce themselves makes a ton of sense.
I have a particular family member who will sit there watching their video cameras and complaining about neighbors getting all angry about silly things but hasn't ever gone out to go say hellp and meet them. Been years.
I see new people moving in anywhere near my house and I stop by to say hello. All of us wave and talk about the weather etc. No issues with any of them and if they were loud or whatever I wouldn't care since they seem like cool people.
I met my neighbors by taking them cookies & introducing myself...tried to be friendly to no avail...Some people have issues & no attempts to appease them will work if they are not willing to get along...there are legitamtely sh*tty people who love to cause drama...best thing to do is move!
man, listening to the 1st case and i'm so glad i feel like i have a good, friendly relationship with my neighbors. i have a shared fence that belongs to my neighbor on one side, and a fence that belongs to the other neighbor on the other side. when we bought our house, we build in some pieces that close off our fence from the rest of the neighborhood, but nothing is actually physically connected. when my one neighbors fence started really breaking, i talked with him and since we both have dogs, we both get benefit from it being there, so i offered to help him pay for an new fence if he wanted to do that, or would help build a new fence if he wanted to tear down the old fence and build a new one, which is what i did. we had a great time and were laughing the entire day, even though both of us were sore. i think that really built a foundation for a good friendship, and we always say hi and have a good laugh when we see each other.
i can't imagine living any other way. can we PLEASE stop needing to compete with everyone?
I feel like the dude in the last case is overbearing and telling his wife she can’t talk to her friend. It’s not like she doesn’t do “petty” it’s that she doesn’t want to hear him run his mouth about being friends with the woman who accused their kid of scratching the car.

To answer the question about why neighbors can struggle with getting along-our homes are our properties and it is very difficult to share space with essentially a stranger and hope that they will respect your space and privacy but it's hard to negotiate peace and autonomy and authority in the same space. Much like animals fight for food, animals also fight for their homes, space, and their family. Neighbors encroach on all of that.
Omg the neighbor couples had me so invested 😭 i just wish they could own up to the kid's actions. Kids make impulsive decisions but as adults you have to pay up when it harms your neighbors :(
AS A LAND SURVEYOR….SURVEYS MAKE GOOD NEIGHBORS!!! Always always always get a survey before moving into a new home, adding a fence/pool/shed/driveway/etc or if a new neighbor is moving in next door!!!!!

C1: i’m so glad my neighbors are great. we’ve been next to eachother like 15 years now and we always bring eachother food when we have parties or during the holidays. it’s so nice to have a good relationship with the people right next to you.
Where I have lived in close proximity to neighbors the fences are built ON the property line. Expenses are shared by owners for repairs. If the fence isn’t liked by one or the other owner an additional fence can be built in front of it. This solves all these problems.

Fun fact- there is no service dog registry, and service dogs cannot be “therapy” dogs. Service dogs also cannot be used for “protection”.

Case 2: That defendant would be a nightmare to live next to. I knew when she was walking into the courtroom she was the trouble. And when dogs were mentioned I knew she would own pit bulls. Certain types of personalities own vicious dogs.

79.00 to get your dog license as a support animal. It's ridiculous because a lot of pet owners now get that so they can take their dog in restaurants and basically anywhere they want to go. It's not right. I've been attacked three times.

The truth is many of them just want to be able to take them everywhere with them including restaurants. Just so they can take their animal with them wherever they go

I've had some really scary experiences with some dog owners with big dogs that seem to think they should have special privileges. I've been bitten three times and once it ripped open the back of my thigh and had to be stapled. And of course you know they said ahead of time my dog doesn't bite. One man who brought his big dog in a convenience store when I backed away scared he got mad at me. He said he hated when people pretended to act all scared. That was a big dog and there isn't any room in a small convenience store. Plus most self-righteous and I've seen plenty who haven't been on their leash.
In the south a roaming dog on your property can be shot. Not that I would but it can happen

The bystanders are so ignorant. They say, "communication..." -- dog owners are usually unthoughtful and indifferent. They don't care about other people's feelings. They only care about themselves.

Anyone who finds yourself in a fence dispute. Check with your township ,HOA, etc. Most have regulations regarding fencing. Ours for instance, requires that whoever is installing fencing has to have the "good side" toward their neighbors. Fencing can't go beyond the front corner of the neighbors house.
Sometimes, it's in the interest of both neighbors to cut your losses and let things remain as is....😊
We don't have any issues with our neighbors on either side of house. One is an over80 elderly lady the other is our age. My teenagers mow and weed-eat their yards, help them at anytime, pet sit, help the elderly lady with her groceries or trash can. We have some major karens in our neighborhood and the elderly lady tells one of them off when they mess with my kids. We keep to ourselves, our yard is always clean and cut, but it doesn't stop the karens. If the kids step off the side walk or play to loud they threaten the kids and take photos of them.
