- Hey guys! I wanted to do a breakdown of September's income for the laundromat, go over expenses and collect some money while I was at it. Lots of customer talking and whatnot in this mostly-live recorded video of me collecting money not once, but twice.
I have laundromats down to a science. If you want to do laundromats as well click the link:

I love the fact you give change to people, that is good customer service.
That's his crackheads don't rob me tax.
Mans gives quarters to them and they reuse them in the washing machine. High IQ moves!
He gets it right back though lol
@@ThatsBadTV ik 😂
Giving them some quarters is not what you called " Good Customer Service "...
It's called " Winning your customer's hearts(whether they're regular customers or new customers) "...
Brandon's video is cool because he's really showing multiple streams of income from one location. Good stuff. BK
@Investment J... Stop with the bullshit
You know you're doing something right when counting money becomes tedious!
"If it's on the floor, it's yours"

New to the channel and loving it! This is the first full video I’ve watched after a couple shorts. You have a new subscriber
I can’t believe you are almost at 1 million subs! Good job bro. Love you content! Laundry mat is great and the car wash
Love that u look after the people that come in there a small gesture goes along way but bring in big return.
P.s. Love this videos post more 🤣💪
What good guy! God bless man good luck with everything 🙏🏻
I like how you give to the people who are there when you come in.. Definitely a great business man.
You sir have motivated me to get back into vending.I have purchased 15 machines and already have very busy locations ready for them to go into.
I love the vending machine videos and the knowledge you have about these things. Very successful
Your videos are great. You aren’t like these other RUclipsrs or “influencers” who say their method will make you $1,000 a day or 6 to 7 figures a year with no risk! You are building wealth the correct way and showing how to make multiple streams of income! Love the videos!
Love the collection videos
I just love your videos and it is cool and satisfying
Liking this new style.
You’re my guilty pleasure. I don’t know why I love watching the collection and money count, I just do. Stress reliever from my job perhaps. Anyway, what are you going to do when you reach 1M subscribers as it’s not going to be that long?
The company that makes coin machines told me they're gonna mail me. A brand new one, so I think I might give away the counter..... And a bag of money to celebrate
Haven’t watched these videos in awhile and first thing I noticed is the new machines
I'm glad it's working out for you
what is fun is finding one of the old gold notes still floating around. in the last 2 years I got three.
How did you calculate the equity figure? A breakdown of the calculation would be much appreciated 😊
It's easy you count the amount of principal pay off on the loans
Great stuff Brandon
You know it’s a decent business when you work 8 hours and make $650 just in cashflow!
I think that the laundromat is 100% worth it in this case!
Cash flow per month or week?
For clarity.... cash flow is what you bring home correct?
@@orochimaru3950 Cash flow refers to the net balance of cash moving into and out of a business. Cash flow can be positive or negative. ... It's the net cash generated to finance the company and may include debt, equity, and dividend payments.
@@orochimaru3950 week
I don’t think he’s working even 8 hours. I think all this takes is a few hours maybe every other day or once a week.
We all have to agree laundromats make alot of money
This is a really good video! Good info. Good editing. You need to do a video on how much RUclips is paying you!
Thanks for the video
just watched his first cash out right after buying and opening, dude has done well.
You are a great business man!
Nice work 👍
yes, it is worth it to own a laundromat center!!!! Everyone needs clean laundry for everyday living!!!
Ahhh.....using a laundry cart I see for the bucket.
Good idea!
I would check out Cummins Allison's line-up of coin sorters and cash counters.
Wow busy day for you there
Counting money.... Wouldn't mind having that problem. LOL
Also, wow; folks really do prefer Coke over Pepsi.
Pepsi is basically pure sugar...it has no real _taste._ It's only popular with some kids from the 90's too. Now it's all about Dr. Pepper.
I sell cokes at my school, I haven't even considered stocking Pepsi just because people like red and not blue.
People in Southern Ohio at one Laundromat, at least.
Just because someone will ask, the reason some the digital numbers & letters are "flashing" is because the display & the camera have a different refresh rate. That is what causing the numbers to look like they are flashing.
I feel like this is picking up better sound and sweet quarter and bill ASMR.
It's my cell phone and go pro, for quarters it's better than my $200+ mcirophone
Yes, it’s a great investment in your time.
I subscribed when he mentioned delicious quarters
I like the sound of those coins.
I love the vids. Got any tips on how to properly invest your money
I'll have some great free courses soon
You should put in a second bill exchanger.
The thing I like about Ohio is that it's like Pennsylvania but there is nice people there
Love these videos! What would you recommend between a carwarsh, laundromat, or renatal property to be someone's first investment?
It depends on your sunk cost . I have a house that's worth 192,000 and I paid 12k in all cost originally to buy it (128,000) it rents for 2200 mortgage and taxes are 900$ with 220$ for a property manager. That's just over 1k in cash flow plus 300 in equity for me . So for me I like my rental. I believe he did this originally for the business no cash out of pocket and used refi money to finance the upgrades so he's making 800 cash flow and 2200 in equity ownership. So yeah I hope this helps.
What do you do with the quarters after? Like you exchange to bank into bills? Just wondering?
Did you need to get a business license to buy? I've always wanted to buy one and am just starting to research how
How would I open my own laundry mat? Love you channel btw
not gonna lie, but I kinda miss the dollar bill explosion from the change machine
You know your balling when you use a laundry cart to move your stash around.
Him in 2031: Collecting 6.7 billion dollars from the earth
Good money not bad
Can you show us you stocking the vending machines
Do you process credit cards at your coin machines or in the wash bays of your car wash?
Yes sure it worths.
How to start from zero?
the initial investment is a must.
It's free real estate. ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
Spend money to make money. It barely ever as easy as starting from zero to make real money.
I don't know if you know this, but the laundry soap on the bottom of the vending machine will tant the snickers
I have a massive issue of counting bills as you sort them a machine would save me time but id already know what I have if I had to sort it.
Can u use the same key for every machine or am I trippin
What is the sq ft and how many machines do you have in there?
building the equity is great as long as you wait long enough to be debt free before you sell the joint. at that point you may be in an even money situation with the age of the equipment.
Can you elaborate equity and cash flow please? Is that saying he's paying off a loan? If not for loan he make that number of equity? And is it per month or per week?
Delicious Qauters 👌
If you open more than one succesfull laundromat that's where your true equity starts booming.
Could you explain your equity position a little
Is the laundromat more profitable in Downtown or in suburb ..., and why ? Can we mix laundromat with other business like condo on 2nd floor, or mix with mini mart or food counter / resto / fitness center ? How about electricity and other cost and permit? Can u make video about it, thanks...
It has been always interesting for me, why laundromats are so popular in USA? Can’t you just buy washing machine and use it in your home?
How much wood your water bill at the laundry mat
Almost up to 1 million subs. Let's go Brandon!
good👍
can you make video how much income per month of all you business together earns
How do you go about getting into the business
Do you know a good place to buy vending machines?
I like delicious coins! Business looks great!
You might explain to your viewers about how the accounting for change machine works. Essentially it is, what bookkeeping calls, a change fund or petty cash. The coin to bill exchange does not add to your revenue. To be revenue a coin or a bill must pass through one of your machines. It is neat to see you progress to simply sorting the coins then weighing them. How close is that to your actual count? Lastly, do you fill out a collection report that you send to the bookkeeper?
Are you talking about the paper cash that They use at the coin dispenser?
@@kingmichaeln1 That is roght. When a Customer puts in paper money in exchange for coins. That is not revenue.
If it were my laundromat, a large majority of that CASH INCOME would not be getting counted officially........ Just paper bills in my pocket, and use the coins to reload the change machines.....nobody knows nothing.... just sayin'. ;)
Brandon does well at his coin laundry
Depending on the packing efficiency of the quarters, a full five gallon bucket could likely approach 400lbs, assuming I did the math right. 5 gallons of water is a bit over 42lbs. Quarters are "somewhat" denser than water :) Just be careful hauling that bucket around, it can actually be enough torque to damage joints :)
It's about 150lbs, enough to throw my back out
@@InvestmentJoy Yup. Hence why I suggested caution. That's more than a bit over what I can do in each hand, but from personal experience, either the bucket handle or the bucket breaks at the handle attachment points before 150#, but that could also be testament to the quality of buckets Dad used to get.
Make a video taht you collecting all of your money making machines
How did you get the money to start this
I think it's obviously worth it. I'm still surprised by how little it earns. But I'd certainly keep it.
What's your thought about opening a brand new laundromat? There is a place or I am that does not have a laundromat but there is apartment complexes basically all around me I live in apartment complex and I know that there's some business that gone out of business and I wanted to open a laundromat in them and wanted to get your thought about it? It's right next to a car wash grocery stores fast food and that's about it but I don't see any other laundromat that's close by there is a dry cleaner and that's about it let me know I really appreciate it thank you
Would it be at all feasible to switch to card readers like at arcades? One central machine that takes all the money and then puts the balance on a card?
There's a laundromat nearby that does that. It's called Yo-Wash and it's brand new. I'm sure a machine that would perform all of that would be costly. That neighborhood where this laundromat is at doesn't look like the best area for that kind of fancy
@@MrFunkadeIic Plus, CASH INCOME is a lot easier to hide from the IRS. Cash? What cash? hint hint nudge wink..... :)
Can you explain the idea of profit through equity for those of us with no business expert?
When I sell it, I'll make that $ at closing, or if I cash out refinance
Hell yeah but I would have to keep my full time job because health ins. other benefits and I like money and I’m well paid.
Did you hire the police as security at 10:15?? I didn't know you could do that.
Wow
How do you start a business
First thing you’re not even him Second thing you’re a bot
Hey let's say I save up 20k what would be the smartest investment for it im 20 right now but by 21 I should have 20k hopefully
What do you do with the quarters? Keep them in a change jar or go to coin star at a bank??
In your estimated costs you don't list your labor costs? Is the person(s) manning the laundromat free?
Hope you keep your hands clean, money is great but it is dirty and with covid id hate to hear you got sick man. I really love your videos and i could honestly watch you do this all day lol.
You'd be surprised how much that $5-$10 will bring you in the long run.
"and if you like delicious quarters then subscribe if you haven't already"
I mean I like quarters but I don't think they taste very good, let alone delicious
but your still cool so I'll subscribe.
i see a laudromat for sale for 70,000. they said they made 38,000 profit for the year. Do you think this is a good investment.
Look at the books to verify income.
How do you get zero out of pocket financing when purchasing a laundromat or car wash?
Investors or have awesome books and get a laundry company to finance it all. Also, in the description, Danny D'Angelo is the king of free laundromats
l Love you Türkiye
50% of that would go to rent in my town.
I do worry that they way you collect your money, you might get robbed so take care!
Never forget, McDonalds is in the Real Estate business, not the Restaurant business.
And they sell more toys than anyone.
He makes more than a full year at McDonald’s which is 2,500$ a year and he makes over 4,000$
3 k equity nice
I suggest you putting a slot machine there it would make so much money
Huge legalities to that.
The go pro better
How can someone say they gained equity by working 8 hours. That sounds more he’s trying to make himself feel better about buying the place.
Scrooge McDuck levels... lol
time to swim in the money bin of quarters like Scrooge
Get a little closer every day
@@InvestmentJoy how many partners do you have in the laundromats and vending machines?
