7:00 is that right there where you guys are taking off are the 2 "Vanos Solenoid Actuators" The exhaust and intake.. is that correct.. on a 330i with the B48 motor???? I'm sorry there isn't any videos on the B48.. It's so hard to find anything and this is actually the only video on the internet and I just had to ask to make sure that those are the Vanos solenoid actuators and the correct name of the parts .

Yes they are, the things they actuate are inside the camshafts called central valves, just replaced mine
