    Here’s an easy veg wrap recipe customised for providing you with the essential health requirements, the daily dosage of veggies and most importantly- “TASTE”! Let’s start with an ingredient list essential for making healthy veg wraps:
    Ingredients for this veg wrap recipe:
    1/2 tbsp Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil (for heating up roti)
    1- 1/2 tbsp Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil (for sauteing veggies)
    1/2 chopped onions
    20-30 gms chopped broccoli
    20-30 gms chopped capsicum
    20-30 gms chopped tomato
    10-15 gms julienned carrot
    1/4 tsp oregano
    ½ tsp. black pepper
    ½ tbsp. red chilli powder
    Salt to taste
    1 tbsp tomato ketchup
    Lettuce/shredded cabbage
    10gm cheese/paneer
    Let’s find out how to make a healthy veggie wrap within minutes and also add a delicious touch while we are at it!
    Apply 1/2 tbsp Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil on a tawa and heat up both sides of the roti one-by-one. This will be the base of your wrap. Wondering how to make a veggie wrap healthy? Use a fortune chakki fresh atta roti base instead of maida rotis
    Take 1 ½ tbsp oil in a preheated pan and add freshly chopped onions, capsicum, broccoli, julienned carrot and tomatoes
    Add ¼ tsp oregano, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste preferences and saute all the ingredients together
    Spread 1 tbsp tomato ketchup on the roti base and spread a layer of lettuce or shredded cabbage on top
    Add the sauteed veggies over the lettuce/cabbage layer and add some garnish with cheese or instead use paneer for a healthy veg wrap recipe
    Roll the roti tightly, focus on tucking in the first roll tightly and then roll the rest of the roti
    Slice the wrap from between and serve this healthy veg wrap recipe with ketchup and a side of wafers
