houndjog Just made it! IMPRESSED! I needed to "improvise" for the chipotle mayo and here's my recipe: 100 grams tomato paste, 1 Tbsp chipotle powder, 1 Tbsp Chili de Arbor powder, 1/4 large yellow onion, 6 cloves garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp yellow mustard powder, 1/2 C coconut vinegar, 1 C mayo. No Food Coloring - it's unhealthy for you!!! Had a very delicious twist to the sauce. We enjoyed it. :)

i hav a question to ask. .. can i use frozen garlics for ginger garlic paste or not. .. or i hav to use da fresh ones only.. cuz by mistake i kept garlics in freezer instead of refrigerator. .

I did many of your recipes but the battering and frying were the most messy parts not to mention oily. Is there any alternative? Can i just shallow fry those patties?
***** well yes you can shallow fry them infact dont batter the just coat with the dry flour coating (CornStarch and baking powder) and then just toast them on a pan on a high flame just make sure you rest the patties after coating them in dry flour for atleast 15 minutes before you toast them on a pan so no oily nor messy ('',)
