      Some things that helped me:
-never climb if you are sore, prioritize recovery
-daily sets of less than half effort on grip exercises. The best thing for this is something like the iron minds grippers, but you could emulate it with dumbell curls or an extremely easy/assisted hang on a hangboard. The key thing is to keep the reps/time bellow half of what would be a workout set, and to do it a few times throughout the day. This massively helped me with recovery, both with and without injuries
-This finger warmup every day and before climbing ruclips.net/video/EiRC80FJbHU/видео.html

Hey! :) Couldn't you use a heel hook on the left (or a under-the-boulder toe hook) while doing that 'dynamic' hand movement that gave you so much trouble? So you controlled the movement better? I really don't know how the boulder is, but from the video I got that impression! Also, does this boulder has a sit-start version??
Btw, I love this channel! Keep strong! Keep sending!
    💪
