I know it's an old school belief that when you're talking to someone, you take off your hat, and remove your shades as a sign of respect, to offer your attention and eye contact. Then there's some that only do it in the presence of women. He had them on while talking to the guys first, then took them off. This is only my presumption since you asked the question. On the surface, I was just making an observation. I wish all them guys would stop interviewing with dark shades, masks etc.
