of these apps only Strava and Relive will allow you to record directly into the app. I've never used Relive to record data and only use the Strava app in this way on rare occasions. I record all my data will either a Garmin Edge cycling computer or a GPS watch. I've used Garmin Fenix 2 and the Apple Watch before. The accuracy can depend on what type of device you use to record.

I have had strava before before and I would plan out a map on my phone or iPad than use the app on my watch to track my time and everything

That's a difficult question as they all do slightly different things. The apps I use most often though are Strava and Training Peaks
