But I think there's something to be said about how well Shigekix was rocking the beat/killing the beat I'm the first 3 rounds. People here are stupid, when you watch menno and shigekix live, you will understand the judges decision. Basing you conclusion solely on your eyes and ears from the perspective of a cameraman on a RUclips video does not bring out the true atmosphere of this battle. A battle isn't just won with moves, it's also a dominance of floor presence, your showmanship of your style, and how well you can use your moves to connect the audience to the music. Shigekix lost hands down.

In bboy battles everyone forgets that the people are judging them aren't anything more than bboys themselves. Just as people here have a different idea of WHO WON and WHAT ROUND so did all the judges. If a completely different jury judged the same battle you might get a different result.

Probably what lost it for shigekix was the repetition of combos. I mean ofcourse, they'd both begin to repeat a lot of moves, but shigekix literally used the same combo in like all his sets. back spin threads and what not.
