LMAO 7800X3D is too powerful for a lot of people anyway. The point of 7950X3D is to have both a X3D die and a normal die to perform in both games and workload. Having both CCDs with 3D vcache makes no sense. No game needs 16 cores 32 threads.

What's vital to know here is if Nvidia is encountering an Intel scenario where they're literally just over-pumping voltage into these cards to up the performance, despite knowing that it's going to cause really fast degradation.

never buy flagship products, do research which one is worth buying bang for bucks. my trick when it comes to tech which always progress every year anyway, to always stick to new mid range cause thats always the range where the price make sense and the performances gain is not bad. unless u have the cash that is, its ur money afterall.
They’re gonna wait til 2025. Ps5 pro is about to release. It’ll be in the spotlight. And since people are broke, they will take the ps5 pro over a 5090 gpu.
The people buying the 5090 are not the people who will be broke from buying a PS5 Pro. A 5090 costs two PS5 Pros + extra controllers and games plus money to spare for a nice dinner.
I wish they were small though, am I the only one? Don't get me wrong I love the boldness of them and if I wasn't running a laptop 4060 (which has same performance as regular 4060 if you're wondering) I would definitely have one out of case.
These wattage numbers are ridiculous. I have no idea why Nvidia's design team decided they had to max out die size and draw such a stupid amount of power. Are any games/programs really bottlenecked by the 4090? What's the use case for the 5080 and 5090?
We need so much more performance. Ofcourse 4090 is good, but we need to keep pushing, some latest games are demolishing 4090 already. In few years games will only use RTGI or Lumen dynamic lighting and will be only Nanite/simmilar technology without LODs. More and more games will support pathtracing and we need to push and push so we can have absolutely stunning graphic without compromises. We need to push to get 4K/240hz/OLED gaming standart. Games today have still many limitations and even if it looks like it cant be any better, trust me in 10years we will be laughing at todays graphic. Not to mention VR headsets with increasing resolution for both eyes. In 20years we will have unimaginable picture quality in VR headsets running high refreshrates, fully pathtraced with new technologies we dont know yet. If we would get 60% performance uplift every 2 years, in 20years we would have card that will be 110x performance of 5090, in 30years that number will be 1153x performance of 5090. But this is just inaccurate view, the performance will be absolutely different, because things will be differently calculated with AI cooperation and its possible there will be absolutely different technology like optical computing resulting in unthinkable performance.

So your saying Sept..... next month they are coming out.... I got a feeling your being paid by NVidia for these video's where you keep giving a little more info each one and then saying the same thing..... make up your mind.
💀
@@acuraman25 He said the design will be finalized, not that it will be released
Could someone please give me the best methods to scoring one of these on launch so I don't have to buy from scalpers :D
how about, you don't?
@@ChrisZukowski88 please?
BEFORE THAT 🧐
At this rate the 6090 is ligit gonna cost a kidney
Keep crying
@@koek4539 tf you mean
@@Alex-or5wr That it's the BS to say that 'Nvidia GPU is gonna cost a billion dollar'
No it's not.
A kidney is worth like $10k
You really think the next GPU is gonna be $10K?
6090 wont happen , NV will dedicate all chips to AI accelerators ,since the money is there ,not in gaming cards.
Still no release date. Oh well, i am enioying my 4080 s
never buy flagship products, do research which one is worth buying bang for bucks. my trick when it comes to tech which always progress every year anyway, to always stick to new mid range cause thats always the range where the price make sense and the performances gain is not bad. unless u have the cash that is, its ur money afterall.
Imagine trying to be excited about greedvidia just cause its a hot topic rn
Watercooled gpus????
They'll at least have AIB watercooled ones. That would be nuts if that's the standard.

glad I went 1300w platinum on my psu on this build. buying 5080
When is the Rx 8800 xt release
The price of the 5080 if it is 899 will sell out immediately. Ebay will be the only place to get it...
They’re gonna wait til 2025. Ps5 pro is about to release. It’ll be in the spotlight. And since people are broke, they will take the ps5 pro over a 5090 gpu.
@drblitz3092 I don't think you realize how many enthusiasts there are waiting to but the 5080/5090. It will sell out.
@@CrowleyRises very true. I’m one of them. I got 3k sitting here for the first day
The people buying the 5090 are not the people who will be broke from buying a PS5 Pro.

My AC is ready to take on a 600W GPU!
You are part of the problem
How exactly is a 5080 "faster" than a 4090 when literally looking at all the numbers side by side the 4090 crushes it? What am I missing here?
GDDR7 memory, new and faster architecture, node shrink.
2025
Im happy sitting with me 4090 for a long time yet, only had 18 months so far, need another year at least. I guess 6090 for me, haha
Just grabbed one and that's my plan. See you there
