It depends on the situation, if the opponent is stationary then it would be best to be stationary too and use your auto attack and q ability

Grail seeker and dagger combo bro. But if you are solo go with bear paws (q3,w2), assassin jacket,(invis) fiend cowl(purge), undead cape and royal boots(f3).

For bearpaws? i think it is w2. for daggers it is shadow edge the second to the last w. it will be unlocked on level 75 in dagger tree

Yeah. You just press R and E then finish. The only difficult thing is the baiting and the kiting. Basically if you think about it this weapon is sht at all aspect but it works pretty well.
