    Two-time James Beard Award winner, Adrian Miller, anchored the “Meat and Greet” panel discussion. Kansas City BBQ Society CEO, Rod Gray and celebrity barbeque chef, Harry Soo, joined him. The trio examined the control of fire and its global impact on human development as well as the evolution and diversity of American BBQ and its unsung heroes. An added “back porch blues” medley was performed by Grammy-nominated Ray Brooks...and guests lined up for book signing.
