- hi everyone!!! happy monday, i hope your season 4 games have all gone well. if any of you play mercy let me know what you think of her new changes. as for the video, all of these games took place in low grandmaster/high master lobbies during season 3. the first game was going good, until well, you'll find out in the video. a lot of people are typing in the video, and some players are tilted. with that said, i hope you all enjoy this video and that you have a great start to your season ♡

You gotta love those games where your team is typing instead of, you know, playing the game
oh for sure. they are more concentrated on typing vs playing the game
I well tell those people “if you played as much as you typed we could’ve won”
That doesn't make sense unless they're literally stopping mid fight in front of the enemies to type, having your hand on the mouse instead of the keyboard won't make the payload faster nor the respawn timer quicker
@@Jormungandr44 I see it all the time. They literally do stop mid fight to type as well as hang in spawn for sometimes MINUTES at a time because they are busy typing angrily. I have lost countless games to petty typing battles.

The thing I don't understand is that the widow had no reason to start flaming in the first place. All they did was demoralize their own team and cause them to play worse. They're opposing themselves by aligning themselves against their own team in the mental game. They're doing fine on widow but putting the rest of the team down to feed their ego at the beginning of the game so they can continue feeding their ego later on while inadvertently staggering every teamfight and complaining that the rest of the team can't take fights where they otherwise would've been able to.
They needed to wait for their team and get elims when there could be follow up but would instead get elims between fights so that by the time his team respawns the enemy team is back together and has the advantage. Their timing for the tempo of the game was completely off and they just wanted to inflate their stats.
I like the scoreboard, but it fuels toxicity because half the players use it to justify bad plays and half the players can't read it properly in the first place. I think there should be a lot more game data available after a match for self improvement if they want to keep the scoreboard as a positive feature for players to actually use. I would love some tools for easier analysis of replays along with a persistent replay of the scoreboard to be present in the replay for those of us that want to improve through self reflection. Maybe there could even be a system that marks significant events in the replay that you might want to look at to see what went right and what went wrong. I'm sure there are technical hurdles to get over to implement these changes, but there are similar features in other games and I'm sure it's worth it to have these features in OW2.
People like the widow already lost the mental game. Dudes be protesting their own team and mad they lost like they didn't drag everyone down. Ppl don't seem to get u can hold ppl accountable without making them feel like shit.

It's a team based game blame and self loathing shouldn't be a factor.
The only issue should be failing to cooperate.
@@IzThatit I mean blaming someone consistently will have them play worse and hurt their mental. Blaming only kills the team.
Instead if you have an actual suggestion with valid points you can point it politely and even then your suggestion might be in fact not the best play.
Rather than look at your teammates all the time what could you have done better to win, because 90% of the time you could have won with better plays

Tbh don't think some people were wrong, your other support had died more than any other people in the whole game whilst playing kiriko for at least half of it (arguably the easiest hero to survive on) meaning you were having to pull the heals a lot more than usual
Hm nice to see your progress over the year, just checked this new video. Also which rank you are since this bit remind me of diamond or really low master, not worst mechanics and decent understanding of game but way too slow decission making , for example enemy widow crap herself when get you to 15 hp, literally following smg spray would kill your valking mercy, instead she disengage, and few more examples of such behaviours. But still congratulation and really good improvement on your mercy mechanics handling. So good job overall kiddo. :)

dps & tank is super fun! positioning is key just like support, don’t chase for kills unless your team is with you.
after playing 5-10 games hopefully u notice the mistakes in order to improve. rewatch good and bad matches to see what went right or wrong.

It's sad that every match lost in OW there's someone blaming their teammates, It's common to see people type diff after the game. Sometimes it's not even the teammate's fault, but just a bad sinergy on the team.

I'm a main/flex Dps player who ends up needing to play support becuase Ow players ain't know how to play a single role watching you play mercy makes me want to go back in time and learn support instead of the years of Dps training lol

If I could be 1/5th as good on Mercy as this woman I'd increase my team chances of winning by at least 1%, would just need to find some half decent dps's teammates after that.

As a masters tank player I can confirm masters players have huge egos but as someone who was hard stuck in plat for years in OW1 I can say it's nowhere near as toxic as plat. Unless plat changed since I climbed out of it.
