Ingredients: 🧾
Man chow Soup 👇
For Noodles:
• 2 packets Noodles
• ¼ Cup Corn Flour
• Salt as per taste
• Water as required
• Oil for deep fry
For Soup:
• 1 Tsp Oil
• 2 Tsp Garlic finely chopped
• 2 Tsp Ginger finely chopped
• 2 pcs Green Chillies finely chopped
• 2 tbsp spring onion white part finely chopped
• 1 tbsp spring onion green part finely chopped
• ½ Cup Cabbage finely Chopped
• ¼ cup finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp French beans finely chopped
• 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
• 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
• 2 Tbsp Corn flour
• 1/3 Cup water
• 2 pc Meggie cubes
• 1 tsp vinegar
• Salt to taste
• Water as required
Mix veg soup 👇
• 1 Tsp Oil
• 2 Tsp Garlic finely chopped
• 2 Tsp Ginger finely chopped
• ¼ cup cauliflower
• ½ Cup Cabbage finely Chopped
• ¼ cup finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp French beans finely chopped
• ½ cup broccoli chopped
• ¼ cup red capsicum
• 1 tbsp green capsicum
• ¼ cup sweet corn
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
• 2 Tbsp Corn flour
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
• 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
• 1/3 Cup water
• 1 tsp vinegar
• Salt to taste
• Water as required
