Its absolutely ludicrous that 'call me Dave' is a Lord!!!!!!! 😠😡🤬
Professor Tim, If only David Davis had been made leader of the Conservative party and not Cameron!
Never understood why anyone thought Cameron was intelligent?
Hi Professor.
You should offer to write his script.
he is the brightest of the bunch, God help us, none of them can,, and I have been an atheist for60 years
Once a fool always a fool - or is that a knave ?
Russia attacked Ukraine without provocation ,what about the 14000 Russian speaking Ukrainians killed by Ukraine as well as the nato problem
That's a lie. Russia invaded Crimea, Donbas and Luhansk and shot down MH17 in 2014. Casualties in the Donbas and Luhansk war, both military and civilian deaths, were about evenly divided between the Russian backed separatists and Ukrainian loyalists.
I once met "uncle" Joe Stalin at a charity do. He was surprisingly down to earth and extremely funny
That’s so true, I was once engaged with his daughter, he was a gentleman until he got drunk and started singing old Russian folk songs what a genocide he made of that.
@@david-pb4bi I think that's untrue and you have just made it up
@@Crouchy232323 I suppose you are correct, he wasn’t that bad a singer by Russian standards.
Is that you done now? Not surprised football supporters can only go so far on their own, lame.
Kiev has a handful of battalions at the front serviced by residual logistical troops.
Meanwhile, Russia has experienced a brain drain with millions of her most promising and gifted youth having fled death and tyranny for the receptive west; while Russia's economy sputters to a stop. People are economic capital assets, a necessary resource for sustained growth and productivity.

I don't know, really. Have we not just spent years being entirely distracted by Brexit? I am a musician. The whole business has made working abroad incredibly onerous...it may as well be 1954 as 2024. Brexit was David Cameron's wizard wheeze to end the antics of Tory eurosceptics once and for all. My point is that his judgement is awful - and you rightly point out his indiscreet remarks about the Queen, displaying his 'foot in the mouth' tendencies. Frankly, I was taken aback when he was made Foreign Secretary; but that appears to be the way these days, with politicians often given posts that they are not suited to.
Brexit was the decision of the electorate. Cameron wanted to remain in the EU. I am delighted that we left.
I work 'abroad' as well and it's very onerous - in fact, sometimes it can be quite life-threatening. Still, never mind 'cos I'm paid a King's ransom for it and that's enough for me not to be moping around feeling sorry for myself on RUclips 😊
@@shelleylyme6402 Good for you Shelley. My point was that Cameron should be kept away from government. I enjoy my life immensely, particularly travelling in Europe, 'king's ransom' or not.
Genuine question. In what way has travel and working in other countries been affected by Brexit. Has it made it more difficult or notably expensive? My understanding is that it basically has an effect on tariffs along with ease of vehicular movement across the channel.
@@Parawingdelta2 This post is about David Cameron. My intention was to point out why I felt his judgement is questionable. You don't have to agree with me; I appreciate that it is a genuine question, I just don't want to start a debate about something that is beside the point.
He is saying the Truth has he see's it. or he has shares in Arms sales....
There you go with the "without provocation" assertion again!
That works only if you think history started in February 2022. Putting it another way: If you ignore all the provocation prior to February 2022 then there was no provocation!
What provocation before February 2022?
@@user-pj5ub5cp9k There was the formation of NATO itself.
The promise not to advance NATO ever nearer to Russia after Russia allowed the unification of East and West Germany.
There was the US-led coup in Ukraine in 2014 that displaced the pro-Russian, but nonetheless, democratically elected government, with one chosen by the US.
There was the installation of around 46 bio-weapons labs in Ukraine all of which had some US involvement.
There were the US listening posts that spied on Russia.
Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea all had leanings towards Russia as shown by repeated polls. They voted to leave Ukraine after the US-led coup in 2014.
Ukraine ignored their decision and started doing things like cutting off the water supply or the electricity supply or just right out shelling and bombing those, mainly Russian speaking, areas.
Ukraine also banned the use of the Russian language.
Over 14,000 people were killed in the conflict after 2014.
Russia held several rounds of peace talks with Ukraine. These talks were backed by Europe but Ukraine reneged on each one.
Eventually, Russia looked at all the broken promises, the biological weapons threat on their doorstep, the NATO spying right next door, the ignored wishes of the Russian-speaking population, the killing of innocent civilians in Donbas and decided to help their compatriots who had voted not to be part of Ukraine but align with Russia.

Oh dear, as ever the Prof knows best and in this case he knows better than everyone else, including the good Lord of Chipping Norton himself, what our Foreign Secretary meant by "his carefully chosen words". But if Cameron didn't mean "the Russian mainland" when referring to "Russia", then wouldn't that imply his acceptance that Crimea is indeed now part of Russia? I don't think even the geographically-challenged Liz Truss would be foolish enough to deviate that far from the official UK goverment position. Sadly, Cameron meant exactly what he said and is all the more foolish for saying it.
Hmmm! It can be a bit unfortunate if perhaps Lord Cameron was perhaps slightly off course and it can only be considered as a rather unfortunate slip up - Cameron is a little bit more responsible than some of the other members of the cabinet but nonetheless this can be considered as a slight Faux Pas!

Interesting how for some people life began on February 2022 and October 2023.
Hello professor Tim Wilson: hope you are having amazing day. Professor Wilson it seems to me. The people that trying to find solutions to some of the world problems are the ones that get criticized the most. They may not be perfect. Butthey are the ones trying.
I'd like to know where this £3 billion yearly to Ukraine he's promised is coming from. We sure as Hell don't have it. Is his wife's father Sir Reg Sheffield, owner of half North Lincolnshire going to pony it up?
Thats all very well, but why is Dodgy Dave a Lord.
