- Hamas should accept the “generous” ceasefire package which has been put on the table, David Cameron has said amid a push by Western leaders to end fighting in Gaza.
The foreign secretary called for the militant group to agree to a ceasefire in Gaza while speaking at the World Economic Forum, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the first time.
Lord Cameron claimed it “never pays” to be optimistic in pushing for an end to the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict, but insisted the group should take the deal being offered.

It’s making the problem worse that you’re supporting fantastics. My natural inclination would be to say make it all Israel and uphold equal rights for all under the rule of law. Even heard a Hams leader being interviewed appearing to say something similar which shocked me. It’s still so outside my perception of the situation that part of me thinks I must have misunderstood. Arab-Israelis have equal rights, Palestinians do not because it’s not part of Israel. Anyhow I’m not getting yo do that because people with a lot deeper understanding of the situation than me have argued for a two-state solution which is the position under international law and I know that it won’t help peace by saying that.
@@clairee4939It should be a one state solution with jews, christians and muslims living together under Palestinian sovereignty since they are the ones who have been massacred, they are the victims here and their land was stolen in the Nakba when over 750,000 people were either murdered or forcibly moved to other places. But those Jews must not be zionists because zionists will never allow a state where muslims, christians and Jews live equally with the same rights. And no arab-israelis dont have the same rights as other israelis search it up
