The thing is that SCP's could literally be made by anyone to do ANYTHING. In fact, I could create a new SCP that can beat Saitama effortlessly and be immune to his attacks.

You also seem to know how to make actually interesting and fun scenarios, rather than just showing Saitama just blasting away scps with just punches.
This is really well done! The movements are clean and have a great sense of action, and I really like how when SCP 173 tried to snap Saitama's neck he was just like "Oh ok".

173 is one of the more terrifying SCPs and pretty much even 682, the hard to destroy reptile, which is also one of the more terrifying SCPs, is terrified of 173 that it actually almost killed 682. So every other SCP after him with this animation, is pretty much less intimidating. The only ones I'd think that'd put up a good fight with Saitama are the countless SCP-001 proposals and usually reality benders.

Letting Saitama punch scp 682 would pretty much doom the world, it would most likely just lead to Saitama and scp 682 continuously fighting as Saitama would grow stronger, and scp 682 just keeps adapting to his punches. Although considering it is SCP there would most likely be some haxs involved, and if its 682's true form right off the bat then Saitama would die.

Well, depends how fast Saitama can truly grow in power. He blitzed Garou despite him also being able to grow in power at a rapid rate. Comes down to who's authority is greater, which is impossible to prove.
Though since SCP lore is just community-based fanfiction, I'd say One Punch Man canon holds greater value.

Also considering it is SCP 682 we are talking, the people who write him most definitely would make his authority greater, because it's SCP 682, of course they are going to make him unkillable. Like you said as well, due to SCP lore being community based we can choose what version of scp 682 can be used by ignoring things like extended canon and other stuff.

173 is one of the more terrifying SCPs and pretty much even 682, the hard to destroy reptile, which is also one of the more terrifying SCPs, is terrified of 173 that it actually almost killed 682. So every other SCP after him with this animation, is pretty much less intimidating. The only ones I'd think that'd put up a good fight with Saitama are the countless SCP-001 proposals and usually reality benders.

@@Scp-682- The problem is that saitama's fight with cosmic garou proves that he can copy any ability to the point of learning how to time travel just by watching someone do it and when he fought cosmic garou who was perfectly copying his level of power every second saitama was still outpacing the copying with his own growth so basically it boils down to "Infinity vs Infinity" which means that no one wins and it's an eternal stalemate
