Grammy Award-winning artist Lecrae knows all too well what it's like to grow up without a father. At the age of one, Lecrae's mother, Toot, escaped the abusive relationship she was in with his dad. For years, she was a single mother struggling to make ends meet. In the United States today, nearly 24 million kids live in a single-parent home. The fracturing of families is personal for Lecrae, and it's one of the world's greatest problems. What if we recognized the brokenness on the other side of town just as quickly as the other side of the world?
