    Sagareddi is 18km from outer ring road and 40 mins to financial district. Once traffic is increased, then they will put 2-3 tolls in between. On day to day basis you will have to pay toll fees makes no economic sense, unless somebody prepared to pay

      No more organic growth of south. It's all hyped up now to create fake boom and cheat common people. Prices are around 20k+ now which won't even return in 5 years average. Only organic growth due to no interference hype from current government is east or north Hyderabad. Ofcourse west will remain the crown jewel in the long term irrespective of 111go or other issues

      2.5 Cr if it’s facing a 60Ft road! 1.8 to 2 Cr if it’s facing a 40Ft road.

      Better than Nimz area
