Now I am 15 y/o and I have been coding since age 10. I have taught my self Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, CSS and HTML and I just want to say coding is easier if you think it is easy all you need is to be logical.

I have been programming seince i was 5. I could have done way more than this kid at his age, but this kid is just better than me in connections. He was able to talk his way onto TedX. Amazing networking skills. That is a way more useful skill than programming.

@Shambhavi Chaudhary first of all when it comes to learning coding basics, it doesn't matter much which language you choose to start from - Python (easy to learn, bcz of huge inbuilt functionalities), Java (will take a little time to learn, and will clear out most of the basic programming concepts, variety of use) and C++ (this also would take time to learn, but used mostly in competitions). Long story short, I would suggest you to learn Java. And as far me as the resources is concerned, I don't prefer reading books, rather search on RUclips, and you'll find some 4-6 hours of Java Tutorial videos, that would give you a perfect start.
My brother is just 12 years old but he has a craze to learn coding. I am happy that he is learning coding from moonpreneur, USA at such a young age…Can't wait to see him growing in this field!!

I started at 11 years old with Mallard BASIC on an Amstrad PCW with CP/M. Now I try to teach my 8 year old daughter. I think coding should be learned by children. Programming changed my life.
I just found a minimalistic C++ 3D Game Engine as a single text file which I plan to soon add other text files that to do what is far more complicated such as texture mapping mainly for Android. What I most likely will also feature is a Python framework to prevent syntax errors from very much slowing down our productivity.
So I'm upstairs and heard my children watching pointless tv shows. I hacked the tv downstairs and they're forced to watch this video because I'm controlling the TV from upstairs. 😜

Also you can't make them do specific purposes (eg. decode a custom video format or create a bitcoin miner).
