Fitting 220 cruise windshield on 160 street

- Modification of Street 160 with a windshield of 220 . It looks nice. It took me almost a year to get a windshield from Bajaj Avenger service centre . BAC Mumbai guys have put some windshields from the market but some advised me to go for authentic BA one as that’s a strong one. But to fit that, we have to go to a Fabricator to make a stand on which we can fit the windshield . One of the mechanic helped me a lot and he did it . If anybody is interested , I can give his reference . Finally it cost me rupees 4000 altogether including mechanic charge . It looks nice really .

Pls talk to the service centre guys, I think there is no warranty on Spareparts but still you can check with the service centre spare parts team

@@pushkarkumaryadav8 I purchased everything from Malad , Mumbai service centre and then one of the Texhnician of that service centre completed it at a local service center as it needs a little welding kind of thing. So pls approach and local garage guy and he will help you . You can buy the cheaper glass etc from Grant road or Kurla/ ghatkoper but I went for the original one

You can order at the service centre and then if the mechanics at the service centre can not fit it , you need to go to a local service centre , they know how to fit . Where r u from ? If in Mumbai , I can guide .
Some non branded windshields Ara available also but they are not so good . Those shake usually at a higher speed .

@@mihirubale113 I did it at Malad Bajaj service centre. There is this mechanic named Aiyanar(8779383704). you can call him and he will help you. Take my name also saying that he has done it for me. He will charge some 700-800 at fabricator shop
