G Free used in that context is more meant to signal the theme of a dying Gensokyo more than Reimu herself. It's the theme to fit that fight, not a motif of Reimu's. Her phantasm theme uses her Dichromatic Lotus Butterfly motif, it more fitting for a fight against Reimu at her peak performance.
It's also plain and simple not one of Reimu's themes. Just isn't. It's a song from Magical Astronomy that one fangame did arrange quite well as a final boss theme.

All I see when I hear this song is how suika balances on her foot to te rythm. Suika was I think the most annoying puppet of reimu. But I love the theme

When I tried to blindly nuzlocke the base game I got full wiped to Cirno's sudden spike to level 10, because level disadvantages REALLY hurt in TPDP
