Nice one. I really wish VIKING would ship internationally. Their bags look top notch!

Got a review video coming Friday on those saddlebags! Try looking on Amazon or eBay, may be able to find them and get them shipped internationally

my commute is about 40 miles one way im between 883/1200 or a softail.im 6ft about 280lbs.great video.

Test ride them both if you have the chance. Soft tail slim might fit you a little better since you’re taller, but it’s absolutely worth trying them both out if you can

I rode an Iron 883 once for about 30 seconds. It was like trying to ride a common public school stapler. My Honda Shadow Phantom 750 was 10 times more comfortable.

That’s why I customized mine with the seat, bars, and a 1275 engine kit. World of difference. But engine kit aside, seat and bars can make or break any motorcycle.

After 21 bikes, 883’s to CVO’s, you can on a Sporty, but I chose a BMW 310 GS, 7inches of travel, heated grips and a top case, sometimes there’s better alternatives than Harley, still love my Road glide special lol I ride the Beamer year-round in Wisconsin through all the crappy weather

Nice! I ride my Indian Chieftain Dark Horse longer into the season than the 883 for the same reason - heated everything! Comfort is king.

Some of your viewers are crazy. But I did 100 miles plus on a gsxr. For 4 months, while I waited for my car to get fixed.

Neat hat! / I don't quite understand people who ride 3h to work and 3h back every day. For us that's from one end of the country to the other. But in larger countries that's apparently normal to many.

I don’t remember if I asked this before on a prior video, but where are you? 3 hours wouldn’t even get me out the bottom of my state and I’m in one of the smallest states in America.

I commuted on suzuki gs500 for about 32000 miles. I blew the engine from abusing it. I would guess the 883 could do it, but maintenance would be more.

Maintenance is relatively easy on the 883. Oil changes take a little bit of time since you have to take the primary cover off, but other than that it isn't horrible. I do it a little more often than the recommendation because of the higher air flow/possibly more dirt and the bigger engine size with the 1275 conversion kit.
