The Physical Aspect of Cancer Prevention

The Indigenous Alberta Healthy Communities Approach (IAHCA) worked alongside the eight Métis Settlements to focus on cancer prevention as a part of health and wellness. Drawing inspiration from the four aspects of the Medicine Wheel, the physical aspect provides an example of the healthy work that communities do to enhance wellness.
