- Several Units of the Delhi Police and the National Security Guard carried out a security mock drill in Delhi on May 03. During the mock drill, Delhi Police and NSG cordoned off the Parliament building for the drill. Choppers Swung in action and Black Cat commands rappelled down the ropes on Parliament building. The mock drill comes at a time when the nation is celebrating biggest festival of democracy, Lok Sabha Elections. Black Cat commandos are specialized and well-trained in counterterrorism operations in different landscapes. Federal contingency world class zero error force deals with anti-terrorist activities in all its manifestation. NSG is a force specially equipped and trained to deal with specific situations to thwart serious acts of terrorism.

Most of the video shows delhi SWAT and not NSG so , don't get confused with the gear as both of them wear black camo.
Many people are calling NSG under equipped by seeing SWAT, NSG and MARCOS are one of the best equipped sf of india.

Funny to see people commenting about uniform and Equipments without knowing anything. People who cant even differentiate between NSG and State Police SWAT are commenting on their Equips. That is Delhi police with AK cant you see their arms patch written SWAT? NSG is very well equipped with SMG and top of the industry helmet and BP jackets all latest required gears and arms.

this drill is not of much significance. nsg should have conducted this kind of drill when parliament sessions were going on as it would have given how things works there & how they can save more lifes in case of some attack

@@arcaakvira I have seen the new kit but why some of them are still wearing the kit from 2008, can’t govt spend money to equip them all at the same time? From what I know is there are 14,500 NSG’s in service. How hard it is to equip them all?

NSG commandos of that level seem to be ill equipped only carrying AKM series and no other firearms..they should also have accessories to protect them from biological and chemical attacks…

NSG equipment really need upgrade...nation elite SF should not be equipped like a 3world nation regular army....what happen to the fund why so corrupted?
Most of the video shows delhi police SWAT , not NSG . NSG got some decent gear with upgraded mp5 with lasers , p90 , corner shot and some of them also have quad nods. We are a non NATO Country so defence funds on small arms id a bit difficult to raise , but still NSG has good upgraded gear.
Still for New Delhi Swat team …..still looks uganda ….
@@clutchisland5323 yes , but what to do budget cuts. And as always we have the best minds sitting there who have cleared upsc , so can't speak anything. Most of the IPS(exception for guys in NSG) in our country are highly unfit and doesn't seem they can fire am AK properly.
