I have just finished this program. I feel so relaxed. I have been doing your Tai Chi programs for 8 days now. It has helped me already...and I have shared your Tai Chi programs with a 75 year old woman that I take care of. We did it together today ! So nice! Thank you!

Thank you Dr Adam Potts, for these amazingly gentle Taichi videos. This particular one I had been practicing many times. My heart/chest hums pleasantly towards the end, like quite literally. On couple of occasions, there were huge inflow of emotions while following it. So glad that I found your channel. It has helped me tremendously with anxiety, focus and insomnia.

Hi Adam! For some reason the tempo of the music on this one makes me feel more nervous! It would so be great if you could please repost it with a minimal and soft soundtrack? ❤

What always drove me away from tai chi was the hyper focus on the movement that distracted me from feeling any kind of relief/joy. But I've been following your videos for bed time and how you say to focus on the feeling and sensations has been very impactful. Thank you.
