One Piece Flow 2 simulation

ONE PIECE FLOW means production one piece at a time. It is opposed to batch production. It allows you to increase system responsiveness (speed of response to customer demand) and reduce WIP (stocks and, therefore, costs).
It is the second principle of the Just In Time method. It's what puts the turbo on the Pull principle.
