Happy to be of service 🫡
🚕 A small taxi have a counter for price depending on the distance.
They will usually always use it or you can ask them to use it to make sure, and just pay the price mentioned in it.
If you want an empty taxi, tell him to not stop for anyone.
🚖 A grand taxi is only private if you tell him youwant to pay for the other 5 places otherwise no. They also don't use a counter like small taxi but a prefixed price by person.
🚌 Busses are more budget friendly but they can get so full which make them sometimes uncomfortable.
🚊 Trams are the best options but not every city have one.
Have a good trip 👍🏻
Great guide! Maybe you can add timestamps where you start a topic :) We're traveling there upcoming september and we're very excited! We got a rental car, so we're deffo curious how this will go.
I should be better at timestamping! I hope you enjoy your time in Morocco it's probably my favorite place in the world!

@@MckaylaRaines quick question, if i were to take a grand taxi from central Marrakech to Amizmiz, how much do you say it would normally cost?
I, honestly, have no idea. I had to look it up on a map and still I have no clue @@falsealarm348 😕
I love Morocco! I can taste the msemen now
Yummmmm my fav 😩
Thank you so much for these tips. Once I found out there is no Uber I was like 😱This will help out a lot.
Hahaha yeah Uber is not a thing 🥲 but it’s still easy to get around just a little time consuming !
Ha. Uber is not global thing. :D
Hi, in case someone asked the same thing, we have similar Apps like InDrive.
Have a good trip
@@MckaylaRaines There is actually an app equivalent to Uber in Morocco called In Drive, very practical for ordering a driver
I've never heard of this before! Good to know! @@Linda_morja
Hey were looking to get to Terres Amanar from Marrakesh, do you think its worthwhile just organising private transport or do you think ordering a taxi on the day will be fine?
Hello, I would suggest organizing private transport if you have and question about it because at least you can decide on a price. In Marrakech they will not try to settle with you and overcharge you if you’re not careful.
hey.Yeah~that's stunning ~ 🤗
Thank you 😇
Hi, thanks for the information. Can you give an idea if we should book trains and buses in advance or we can always get tickets available right before the trip?
You CAN book trains in advance, however I don't think the schedule goes further than 2 months in advance. In my experience you can book a day in advance!
Hi, I'm lucky to find you in RUclips. I want to choose my next destination. Indecisive between Austria and morocco. You have been in Morocco for months and also student at the university in Austria! I have been in several country in Europe as visitor also in South Africa and Kenya. Can you help me to decide? Which one is your choice? Thanks in advance.
It depends on you but I would choose Morocco!!! I think it has such a rich and different culture if you’ve already been to Europe !!
@@MckaylaRaines thanks for answer. Yessss I choosed 🇲🇦
If you don't mind I have another question!!!! I want to see a white city. Can you help me to choose one, between Asilah, Tetouan and Tangier? As my time is short and I don't like to be in hurry everyday for going to this or that city. So if I can choose the best, that would be more enjoyable 😉
@@saramagharei Asilah is really amazing city and if you have more time you can try to visit the blue city Chefchaouen
Agadir to Marrakesh seems very cheap... looked at getting a CTM BUS for $8
Yassss 😍🙏
Hey Mckayla! Not related to the video but do you plan to make more vlogs??
EDIT (Accidentally spelled your name wrong/ corrected)
I do!! Hopefully later in the year! I’ve just been stationary in Ohio, and there’s nothing fun to vlog haha
Welcome , marhaba
Thank you ❤️
Hi, can you spill the train company/website that offers prices you mention in the videos?

Hello
I'm going to Marrakech soon and I want to know how to pay for the buses there.
Do you pay by cash on the bus, or do you need to have a card with cash topped up on it (like an Oyster card in London)? If so, where can you get these cards from?
You’ll pay with cash when you get on the bus. I would always carry cash on you in Morocco because it’s a cash society much unlike Europe and the US.
Hi Mckayla, how safe is the marrakech medina at evening/night , especially as a woman?
The Medina at night I would say is pretty safe as long as it’s still full of people just be careful in the tiny alleyways surrounding the Medina and be prepared for some harassment. I can say I’ve never experienced anything physical in Morocco 🤞🏽
is train best way from Casablanca airport to city center? Im goin in septemeber and staying in Stay Center apts about mile outside city center in Maarif
Unfortunately I’ve never been to Casa so I’m not even sure if there is a train stop from the airport to city center but I honestly think a taxi might be a cheaper option!
hey Pretty , I want to get from Caablanca to Safi with two big suitcases. Any suggestions?
Oof that’s not gonna be fun. If you can, probably rent a car, if not, I would say train, taxis don’t do well with big luggage😭 I never mentioned that in the video !
any advice on cash exchange at casablanca airport
There will be someone at the airport I’m sure ! You’ll need it for a taxi right out of the airport . But I’ve found the best way during the rest of the trip is to withdraw from a trusted bank!
Combian woman???
