A Buddhism tells us the way to exit from suffering. First we have to find what suffering is . When you have to explain the Truth of Dhamma we have to talk about the Impermanence of the nature. Then we have to explain the Cause n Effect. When " A" is there "B" exists. So if we want to do away with "B" , we have to remove "A". Then we have to find out the cause. Once we know the cause we should try out to eradicate it. So eradicating "tanha" or "desire" we can come to realization of Dhamma. It's not that easy to get this understanding . You have to start from somewhere easy to follow. The Buddha has introduce d Four ways to practice and realize the real state of the Body , Sensation , Mind n Dhamma . Once you walk through this Path you may realize the real Dhamma desana of the Buddha. But this should be done by you your self. Nobody else can do it for you 😜
