yep it's the one they don't see ,,great form that is ,i love it especialy after the no end no beginning thing we talked about that SiGung told me to do after 8 yrs of training ,lucky i didn't know about it before he gave me that knolledge ,maybe it wouldn't have done the same thing to my energy flow if I'd learnt that earlier ,I don't know ,,you teachers are funny lolol
