Exactly, I used to doubt the value of a financial advisor until my wife's company assigned her an investment adviser in 2020. Honestly, it’s been the best financial decision I’ve made. It helped tremendously; I went from barely making any profit to having a well-diversified portfolio that has grown significantly, with gains exceeding $850k.
Dividend stock is most effective when approached with a long-term perspective. While dividends can provide immediate income, the true power lies in the compounding effect over many years. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...
I have been in the market since 2023, I have a total of 157 thousand USD, with my 12 thousand invested in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend yields I am very grateful for all the knowledge and information that you have provided me.
I'm a little perplexed to see her mentioned here too, I didn't know she was also good with so many people, this is wonderful, I'm on my fifth negotiation with her and it's been great.
I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Miller for helping me achieve this
Woah for real? I'm so excited. Brooke Miller strategy has normalised winning trades for me also. and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started
Their ...services are very genius and experienced in the market for over a decade and counting, they changed my life from a poor plumber to a better and middle class family man with 2kids.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
I believe investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, especially given the present rollercoaster nature of the stock market. 35% of my $270,000 portfolio consists of collapsing stocks that were previously respected, and I don't know where to go from here.
Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money or you could hire a financial expert.
Thanks for continuing updates and for keeping us financially Educated! Regardless of how bad it gets on the economy, I'd rather trade the crypto market as it's more profitable than holding. I made a Hundred thousand dollars from trading last year even though I barely trade myself.
Anita sapp lee's analyzes go beyond superficial trends. It delves into technical, fundamental and sentiment analysis, providing a holistic view of the market.
Started my portfolio last year with SCHD, VOO, and VUG after watching one of your videos. In terms of share price, VOO is way up (22.25%) and VUG is waaaaay up (39.62%). Thanks for the education!
Isn't VOO and VUG similar in the sense both are investing in the S&P 500? What is the difference? I thought it is generally advised against to invest in multiple ETFs or Mutual Funds?
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.
I have worked with a few financial advisors before now but i ultimately settled for Rachel Sarah Parrish. She is SEC regulated and licensed in US. You can easily look her up.
Just discovered your channel with this video -- I was able to think about my situation and I'm curious to know best how people split their pay, how much of it goes into savings, spendings or investments, I earn around $90K per year but nothing to show for it yet.
I think that is a brilliant idea, I tried managing my stock portfolio by myself and I lost 50% of my savings in a very short period. That prompted me to hire a financial advisor. Since then I have made up to $680K in returns.
A colleague at work also suggested market experts, Hearing you say the same thing struck me. I think i should give this a try, but how can reach a decent advisor like the one you use?
I have worked with a few financial advisors before now but i ultimately settled for Melissa Jean Talingdan. She is SEC regulated and licensed in US. You can easily look her up.
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Katherine Rathe.
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
Dividends from the stock market were a key motivator for me to start investing. In my view, if you make sound investments that generate additional income alongside dividends, you can eventually live off that dividend income without the need to sell assets. This approach not only provides financial security for yourself but also creates a lasting legacy for your children, giving them a financial advantage. Over the years, I’ve invested more than $600,000 in dividend stocks and continue to buy more, especially during market dips.
Hearing insights from seasoned investors who have successfully navigated market downturns is always reassuring. It can be challenging to see your portfolio fluctuate from gains to losses, but if you focus on high-quality companies and remain committed to your strategy, you'll be in a strong position to weather market volatility.
Your channel is what got me into investing, Marko. Started in the last quarter of 2022, currently have a $50,678 portfolio that pays $5,981/yr in dividends. My Roth is at $4,139 and yields $340/yr. Now I'm building an emergency fund, started a few weeks ago and it's at $866, goal is $9k. Appreciate the videos.
I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.
The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
Speaking from personal experience, I would say engage professional guidance. Not sure where you get an experienced one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good bet.
My CFA ’’ Stacy Lynn Staples, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
I am fortunate I made decisions that changed my finances for the better (acquired over 1M in 2years) through my financiaI planner. Got my 2nd house in July and hoping to retire nxt yr.
Great video! I would also add that you need to look at the dividend payout ratio. There always is a risk that the dividend could be cut in the future. Intel recently cut theirs for example.
Definitely understand the portfolio strategy with qual. VS unqualified dividends and then taking advantage of the tax benefits in a Roth. I have both Roth 401k/IRA. But even in my brokerage account I take advantage of both types of dividends regardless of income tax. You can calculate the spread and gain or loss with it. But also the way my portfolio is setup I get great growth and dividends paid out every single week of the year. Some weeks I get paid every day. Even if that isn’t completely optimized with tax’s or returns, the positive psychological effect with knowing I will get paid every week is worth it! Marko would you agree with this? I haven’t seen you talk about that psychology benefit yet.
I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement of about $150k. I want to know: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets, or do I look into alternative sectors?
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 9%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so l've been sticking to investing via an analyst.
Victoria Anne Leonard is the licensed coach I use. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I just googled her and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get. I just scheduled a call.
Dividends is like receiving rent payments from someone that lives in the house that you own. Those people that are anti dividends should allow renters stay there, rent free, in hope that they use the savings from not paying rent to improve the value of the property. This is my argument against those who are anti dividend investing. Thanks for your videos. 👍
Dividend stocks can definitely be a good strategy. The idea of earning regular income just by holding onto your investments is pretty appealing. Plus, many dividend-paying companies are well-established and financially stable, which can provide some peace of mind during volatile times
That’s what I was thinking. Even if the stock price doesn’t shoot up, I’m still getting paid through dividends. It feels like a win-win, especially if I reinvest those dividends and let them compound over time
Reinvesting dividends can really accelerate your wealth over the long term. And if you’re looking for a more reliable source of income, especially in retirement, dividend stocks can help provide that. It’s like getting paid to wait for your investments to grow
But on the flip side, I’ve heard that not all dividend stocks are as safe as they seem. Some companies might offer high yields, but that could be a sign they’re struggling. If they cut their dividend, it could lead to losses both in income and in the stock’s value
chasing high yields without understanding the company’s fundamentals can be risky. There’s also the issue that dividends aren’t guaranteed. If the company faces financial difficulties, they might reduce or eliminate their dividend, which could impact your income stream
I think that’s where I could use some help. I’m not sure how to evaluate which dividend stocks are worth investing in and how to balance them with other types of investments in my portfolio
I can put 90K into a CD account and get paid the same monthly. Ain’t nobody got half a million laying around to get paid 700$ a month for. Not worth it
100% I appreciate this guys advice but sure as hell not realistic to the average investor watching this video. An online saving account with FDIC insurance is paying 5% interest. Heck even BITO is paying a crazy dividend right now, 500 shares (which is just under $10k investment) at the current price would get you $725 in dividends in August!
Did you even watch the video? Cash in a CD does not appreciate in value like stock/gold/silver/real estate etc would. If anything, cash in a savings account, even a CD with interest, loses its value or its purchasing power when inflation is taken into account. That's the point of investing: to beat inflation. I guarantee you are not beating inflation with any cash account because that would mean the bank offering you the CD would be losing money. Banks are in business because they make money off of suckers like you. Also you think half a mil is a lot of money, but you've probably made more than that over the course of your career, but spent all or most of it because you were uneducated on personal finance.
Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
Even with the right strategies and appropriate assets, investment returns can differ among investors. Recognizing the vital role of experience in investment success is crucial. Personally, I understood this significance and sought guidance from a market analyst, significantly growing my account to nearly a million. Strategically withdrawing profits just before the market correction, I'm now seizing buying opportunities once again.
thats really massive! How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
I have a female advisor named Lucia Alicia Cruz. I recommend researching her. To be very honest, I'm glad I decided to let someone handle expanding my finances even though I almost didn't think I should.
@marko what platform are you using for investing? You did a series on M1 last year and that account wasn't 400k. Just trying to understand your investing strategy.
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller.

I am at the beginning of my "investment journey" I plan to put 185K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice for stocks that can outperform the S&P500 this 2024?
I’m not well vast with the conditions of the marketplace, the avenue flow of transactions, not equipped with enough information. My best guess as to what outperforms the S&P is BRK or perhaps NVDA
The issue is most folks have the “I want to do it myself mentality” but are not skilled enough during a crash, apparently they get burnt. Ideally, advisors are perfect reps for investing jobs and at first-hand experience, my portfolio has yielded over 350%, since the covid-outbreak to date, summing up nearly $1m.
truly appreciate the implementation of ideas and strategies that result in unmeasurable progress, thus the search for a reputable advisor... mind sharing info of this person guiding you please?
Katherine Nance Dietz is my FA. Just google the name and you’d find necessary deets. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
With the argument against dividend investing, if you track how much you put into each stock, meaning your own money, and track the dividends paid back. You should get about all your money back as if you got the shares for free. This means that whatever shares were acquired from dividends, you would count them as $0 cost to you. This is how you would know your true D.C.A also. Cause they were not bought with your own money. When you got your 100% R.O.I, could then make the choice to sell them or keep them and keep earning.
Thank you for your videos... BTC price has been volatile lately, but I believe it's crucial to focus on educating newcomers on strategies beyond simply holding through market dips. One advantage of this space is the ability to buy during dips and actively trade, generating profits while awaiting inevitable price increases. Many people lack a deep understanding of how this market operates. Charts cannot predict asset movements with certainty; prices fluctuate up and down. Despite this volatility, the market remains profitable.... I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 732k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Kerrie Farrell, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape....
Investing with an expert is the best strategy for beginners and busy investors, as most failures and losses in investment usually happen when you invest without proper guidance. I'm speaking from experience..
Sell one of your holding and buy 500 shares of BITO. That would be around a $10,000 investment and you would have $725 in dividends for the month of August, in July it would have been $750!
Is the whole 400k in this portfolio in these dividends ? Seems like quite a bit to invest for only 700$ a month . Maybe you are also getting some stock appreciation ? Thanks
Marko's audience is here pondering the best way to invest their money and build wealth while the rest of America is racking up over a trillion dollars in credit card debt.
Berkshire and Lockheed make me look like a weakling. Berkshire wants to buy my house too. Can't have it Buffet, not for what you're asking. I'll take a MIL plus what its worth cuz I know what they plan on doing to it.

I looked up her name online and found her page. I emailed and made an appointment to talk with her. Thanks for the tip.
Thanks for sharing your investing strategy, very interesting!
Markooo we need you on video more often come people get him to a million subs ..it's free with vaule in EVERY VIDEOOOOO
Your shirt-Golf Score: Somewhere in the 90s, same as the shirt.
Love it.
What is considered "young" in this scenario? Is there an age range where switching to dividends makes most sense?
@marko what platform are you using for investing? You did a series on M1 last year and that account wasn't 400k. Just trying to understand your investing strategy.
M1 & Schwab
Marko what are your thoughts on the Gigastar platform for investing in RUclips streamers? Would you make a video covering the ins and outs of it ?
Ever consider selling covered calls on your positions at the same time?
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller.
Since meeting Expert Charlotte , I now agree that with an expert managing your portfolio, the rate of profit is high, with less risk.
The very first time we tried, we invested $1000 and after a week, we received $5500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
Sure! She interacts on what's App using the digit below 👇

I'm surprised that you just mentioned Natalie Strayer here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, i'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
Natalie Strayer has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in Canada 🇨🇦 as she has been really helpful and changed lots of life's
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
After I raised up to 125k trading with her I bought a new House and a car here in the states also paid for my son's surgery
Glory to God shalom.
Great video! I’m curious, what are your thoughts on bond laddering?

thank you white boy finance
I am at the beginning of my "investment journey" I plan to put 185K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice for stocks that can outperform the S&P500 this 2024?
the ones you don't buy
To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
thanks for the sharing
Nice work
Drop the list here brother 💯💯💯💯💯
It's literally the video ffs lmao
I appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the team behind Kerrie’s trade signal service...
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable..
Kerrie Farrell program is widely available online..
Investing with an expert is the best strategy for beginners and busy investors, as most failures and losses in investment usually happen when you invest without proper guidance. I'm speaking from experience..
The fact that i got to learn and earn from her program is everything to me think about it, it's a win win for both ways...
you'd shoot a 91 in that shirt (+19), 1 over bogey golf. lol
This is the actual correct answer lol
You said a bunch of nothing
Nice shirt 😂
Where is the dividend portfolio updates on the channel?
Just wait until video Marko sees Monday August 5th.
Way too much stock overlap in your ETF's.
Sell one of your holding and buy 500 shares of BITO. That would be around a $10,000 investment and you would have $725 in dividends for the month of August, in July it would have been $750!
You SCARED me I thought we lost you 😨
I'm working with Nerdwallet and it's my primary focus right now. I'm not gone lol!
Is the whole 400k in this portfolio in these dividends ? Seems like quite a bit to invest for only 700$ a month . Maybe you are also getting some stock appreciation ? Thanks
How do I get started
Where can I get this shirt
This 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
hahaha im just laughing imagining Marko saying i just bought gamestop as a joke and its 25% of his portfolio
79
I wish lol
Isn’t it better to give this money to a bank paying out 4 percent a year?
Marko's audience is here pondering the best way to invest their money and build wealth while the rest of America is racking up over a trillion dollars in credit card debt.
No whiteboard.... Fail
If your not making at least 6% interest income on a annual basis on dividends you are wasting your time.
If you're valuing dividend payouts more than actual appreciation, you're wasting your time.
Welcome back mate, I think you should be selling Bitcoin now .
More like buy the dip, bitcoin will peak next year for this cycle!
I actually bought $5k the other day at $52k
Buy high, sell low is your strategy huh? 😂
$89k. Ouch.
Why don’t you consolidate your portfolio?
what is happening with your audio
Waikiki shirt?!
Berkshire and Lockheed make me look like a weakling. Berkshire wants to buy my house too. Can't have it Buffet, not for what you're asking. I'll take a MIL plus what its worth cuz I know what they plan on doing to it.
