I am buying the ground floor apartment and was there last month,the bell rings every hour not every 15min and never annoyed me or my family...great place👍

That’s brilliant news as it rang every 15 mins when we were there over a year ago. The must have changed the timing. It put us off going to the old town but we loved Bayview and our apartment was stunning. Thanks for letting us know
